Hooch — Restaurant in Orlando

I've been here quite a few times, but after tonight they've lost my business. I went to Hooch after eating at Gringos Locos for a single drink with my girlfriend and we played the large "patio pong" outside. The ball kept bouncing over the gate or rolling under; passerby's would retrieve the ball for us, but a few times I had to get it. Id moved the gate, get the ball, and come back securing the gate again. One time I did this, a large 6'3" blonde Caucasian security guy came over and told me to "stop moving his fing gate" and repeatedly asked me "what the f was wrong" with me. Never seen such an unprofessional attitude from someone, specifically on a slow Thursday night downtown. If you want to be cursed/yelled at by power tripped security Nazis, come here. I’m writing this review to give special recognition to a bartender, teezy, and his manager, Kelly.

I was visiting Orlando from Canada. A drunk guy who had stumbled up and started talking to me - he made me feel very uncomfortable. Teezy saw what was happening from the other side and the bar and asked me if I knew who this guy was. When I said I didn’t, Teezy made the effort to act as if he knew me and I was visiting him at work, he then told the guy to move from the bar where I was standing. I’ve never received such amazing customer service. I told Teezy I wanted to make sure his manager recognized the kind of efforts he was making to ensure the safety of customers at his bar. I would give this half a star if I could. We sat at a table, no server for 20 minutes. Then they brought out our beers to us in a plastic cup as if we were at Knight's Library or something while people at the bar had glasses. We ordered our food and this blue haired chick didnt write down our order. Took about 3o minutes, and everybody but me got their food. She told me mine would take a little longer. Then my food finally made it and it was not how i ordered it. She sent it back and when it came again it still had mayo on it and looked like a poor attempt to try to fix it.
