Extremely Slow Service, I did not eat, just joined a group of friends for a drink. When their server finally came over I asked for a drink menu, after delivering it we didn’t see her again for 20+ min. I went to the bar a waited about 10 min instead before returning to the table. It was 30-40 min before she took my drink order & at least 20 min more before the drink came. There were empty tables and bar stools too, wasn’t packed. Finally got my Berries & Cream which was actually very good, just not worth the wait. But the wait just wasn’t worth it. Asked for the check immediately since I didn’t want to wait on it seeing how long everything took. The normal tip screen comes up (like 15, 29, 22% or whatever), but my total is $19something for the $15 drink. She tells me it’s auto grated for the large party (since I joined my friends). But this is never mentioned, it seems like she’s sneakily trying to get you to add more. And the auto grat is 20% (not 18% like most places) so that’s why they don’t care how awful the service is if they’re getting 20% at least and more for those who don’t notice the added tip (you would have to add your drinks/food on your own since the screen only shows a total). Sketchy practice. Been coming downtown since 2002 & go out often since I live in the walkable area, this is the worst & slowest service I’ve ever had, including bars on their busy nights. First time visiting Fixtion and definitely my last. Went there for edc they had very young adults working it took 40 mins for 6 wings that were not good and no condiments no ranch or blue cheese no napkins etc. they were also taking shots in the job lol I’m not even jk. They were having more fun than the customers I was jealous lol we order wings 2 beers and a margarita spent $89 the guys behind attending to us was very apologetic and another stepped up to help us while the others had fun. There was a roach on the table in dark t of me my bf killed it and left it on the floor we didn’t mention anything but the door was left open so maybe that’s why. This was a day before edc so they were getting ready for the rush, someone else was doing repairs on chairs and tables so there was a drill noise then we where told to stand up as they took all the chairs lol everyone like you could have not done that while yah where close or before opening lol.
