Wawa — Restaurant in Ormond Beach

I stop at this Wawa every morning on the way to work. I’m not a big breakfast sandwich fan, but I’d like the pepperoni croissanwich. I’ve been getting the same sandwich for months at the same location every morning.A month ago they stopped putting them out. Every morning they used to be two or three in the breakfast rack by the register. A fast breakfast for me considering I don’t have a chance to eat lunch and is the only thing I eat all day. They stopped making them and I asked to speak to the manager and explained that it’s the only thing I care to eat and would appreciate it if you could start making them again or please make more. Obviously it’s the only sandwich you’re out of so it’s something somebody wants to eat. The next three mornings they were still out of them. I complained again and they made me one in the back. It took way too long I was 30 minutes late for work waiting to get a sandwich that should be in the warmer. I spoke to the management again, and again for the last week and a half. Once again I stop this morning and I complain again why is there not any pepperoni Croissants in the warmer that’s completely full. Obviously they just made a batch of breakfast sandwiches and put them out for the rack to be completely full and they’re not to be one pepperoni croissant. If you don’t want my business I will take it elsewhere. But I take all my business elsewhere. Considering I put $200 a week in my gas tank at your station I’ll take that business...

I go here everyday for my coffee and cigarettes. Today I showed up at 4:45am and the Cuban roast wasn't ready. This is normal. I asked someone to make it and they did. They said it would take 10 minutes. No problem. Waited in my car for 12 minutes, and went back in. When I got back in the girl from the food section refused to put the coffee out saying it was still brewing. It was dripping, meaning it was wrapping up. She walked back over to the food section and commenced to make 2 sandwiches'. I asked very loudly if someone would come put the coffee out and no one responded. So I started to go around the counter to put the coffee out myself. At that point the sandwich girl told me I couldn't. We went back and forth about her willingness to put it out and finally a manager came over and did it for me. I spent 30 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee, and was disrespected by the LAZY girl who refused to put the coffee out. The guy who brewed the coffee for me never followed up and was busy stocking a shelf. EVERYONE ignored my request to put it out until I got into an argument with the sandwich girl. I order on the Wawa app for delivery to my job for lunch quite frequently as I don't have transportation during the day. This store is full of lazy employees and they are contracted with Doordash which is the laziest delivery service. I have given both of them them the benefit of the doubt, but I now refuse to be a patron of either company any longer. I have lost so much money to this store because they refuse to refund anything over the phone. Instead, forcing people to go to the store to get refunds on things messed up or just not delivered. I have opened numerous cases for missing items or incorrect items and never receive any type of communication, refund, etc. I have had it with the laziness of people now a days, no sense and no customer service. So, now I have to find transportation to this store so I can get my $20 back for an order that doordash never delivered. Never going to patronize this store or using their app for delivery ever again. This deserves zero stars, but that...
