Culver’s — Restaurant in Ormond Beach

I live in Florida. I've been waiting for a day when there was not going to rain so I could walk to Culver's. It's about 2 1/2 miles round trip. So, the day finally came and I headed over. I was greeted by a friendly, sincere "Hello" and a smile from the cashier. After you order you don't have to stand around and wait for you food, they give you a number card and bring your order to your table. So, I went to find a table and waited for my food. And of course, started looking at my phone. That's when I first met Hector. Hector could have easily seen the number and dropped off the food, and walked away. Nope, one he placed the food and the table. Also, he called me by my name, as if to greet me with a smile that you don't forget. Well the food was great, hamburger was still hot. And of course the custand, yummy ( the reason why I walked). As I ate my meal, I watch Hector. Bring others their meal to a table, or walking outside to their car. All along with a smile on his face. Well after I finished I had the walk back, I had such a nice meal/ experience, that I decided to take the long way home. Will...

WOW, unfortunately not so good review this time. We arrived around 415pm

The counter employees were not dressed or looked their best. That's the nicest way I can say this.

The one young lady without an expression or personality, kept banging her knuckles waiting for my husband to finish looking at the menu with an annoying face on.

He tried joking but she was determined to not be happy. This is the NICEST thing I can say about her. Why I don't want to get her in trouble? I don't know

The others were playing around like they were at school ignoring the fact that customers can see their attitude.

There was a manager up front but she didn't seem to mind the goings on AND one of the owners standing in the back. I guess he wasn't interested in what was going on up front either

We waited 10ish minutes in our booth NOT because it was busy so why the wait?

My crispy chicken was "very" Crispy. Needless to say my dogs loved the rest of the parts it couldn't get my teeth through.

Not thrilled with the drive through menu. It's missing a lot of add ons or toppings for the shakes and malts. And when you ask the staff what else they have. IE it says fruit but when you ask him what fruit they don't really. Have a good answer . they are not helpful. Also if you ask for specials or something I'd think they would at least tell you what the flavor of the day is or something. Will try it again to see if it's fixed it's self

Update They brought the incorrect order to the car. The shakes are not labeled and look all the same. Luckily we ordered 2 of one size and 2 of another so we were able to spot the error. Figuring out which one was wrong was fun.
