McDonald's — Restaurant in Oro Valley

I only go to this one as I live down the street. They get my order wrong every single time but I give it a three because they replace it when they get it wrong. I personally wish they would get it right the first time though....EDIT. To be perfectly honest I'm tired of it. Since I made this review they got my order wrong another 11 times. I just had a baby so I'm tired n just want what I ordered the first time. I'm tired of being offered to come back n get my order fixed. One time they even screwed up the corrected order too. I keep wasting gas and my time. Manager doesn't take enough responsibility as well saying they're going to hire better people soon but I've had managers at the same location make my coffee(one extra pump of sugar free vanilla) wrong!! Also once while I was pregnant they made my coffee wrong and instead of sugar free vanilla they put regular. Well I had gestational diabetes and this made my sugars soar and that's the only way I know for a fact they did that. I mean if it was because I was being uptight I could see it but I had gestational diabetes which is pretty serious for them to screw up on that.. I even called customer care line but I'm probably going to give my number to the district manager at another store explaining what's happening at this store because its ridiculous. I mean they do give me my order again but idc about the damn free food I care about accuracy because it's a matter of convenience. Like I legit only go now if im too tired to drive to Burger King or the other McDonald's...

We started picking up McDonald’s as a Friday tradition after soccer. Ordered my meal by calling out the number and asked for it to be a large size. All my years coming here whenever you order by the meal number that means the meal. The person on the intercom repeats my order and asking “did you want the meal or just the sandwich?” I get to the pick up window and they’re handing me medium size drinks. Kindly told the girl I had ordered a large size. She proceeds to show me my receipt says medium for the drink even though the fries say large. She tells me “oh when you order a large meal it comes with a large fry only but a medium drink. What?! Since when?! all my years ordering McDonalds I’ve never had to specify a large drink separate. The worst part wasn’t learning this for the first time. It was the shitty attitude of the girl at the window. Immediately defensive just because I pushed back a little on this apparently long standing policy on what a “large” meal means. No big deal, i will specify moving forward. Anyways, get home and this was how they placed my son’s fries in his happy meal. They really showed me. But this is the typical attention to detail you can expect at this location on First and Oracle. I will say this was the very first time however, they at least got our order right. No exaggeration. While l thought second Wednesday was the IDIOT FESTIVAL day, oddly numerous reviews from other patrons indicate that apparently everyday is an IDIOT FESTIVAL at this location. The drive thru line is consistently backed up. Afterwards you'll be asked to relocate to wait along the Northside of the building where you'll be further ignored. Apparently delivering food to those in the lost in limbo line doesn't follow any chronological order as those further back in the line will get thier food while those at the front of the waiting line will be repeatedly asked what did you order???? This location is a poster child of how not to operate a restaurant. I would strongly recommend that if you value your time, that you not subject yourself to this disaster and just go somewhere else.
