Nice atmosphere. Not too loud. And, although they were running around like the proverbial chicken with its head cut off, trying to service their customers, the service was abysmal.

18 minutes we had to wait for 1 Americano, 1 cup of water, two iced teas.

18 minutes.

Starbucks new/ current CEO is responsible for putting their brand in the toilet with McDonalds style timers (customers can’t see them) and reducing employees counts so what used to be a friendly place where the “baristas” would engage with the customers who were paying for exorbitantly priced goods … now it is a cattle call.

Just found out the secret to getting a good drink at Starbuck's Fry's location. You have to TIP. Technically, they don't accept tips, but the guy in front of me asked for 'Adrian', handed her a nice tip, and got a special beautiful Carmel Macchiato with LOTS of caramel.
