Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Oroville

Absolutely terrible customer service today. I ordered online and sent my husband to pick up our order. When he got home he realized we didn’t have the pizza we ordered, so I called the restaurant expecting to have them offer some kind of solution, but no. From the very start of the phone call the man I was speaking to continued to cut me off and tell me he couldn’t find any record of my order even after I gave him my last name, phone number and order number. Then he continued to tell me that I ordered it wrong, and that it was my fault, etc. This man would not let me get a few words out without cutting me off and never once offered to try to fix our problem. I have never been treated this way ever here. I heard they have new owners, and if that’s true then they have no idea how to handle...

Very disappointed the last few times we've ordered from there. They are really starting to skimp on what they put on the pizza and they are even leaving some ingredients off. We ordered a chicago, and it was pitiful. They must have left off half if not more of the veggies and meat. I also got a salad like I do most times and it was almost all lettuce. And the bitter center part of the lettuce stalk. Had to move it around to find the veggies and there was no bacon on it at all. And yes, I had picked up the right salad. Staff are always loudly talking about what party the were going or went to , or talking about someone. Don't really think it's the right time or place to do that when you have a line of customers standing...

Went in today for my friends birthday, asked for a garlic chicken pizza with no onions because my friend has an allergy and when we got home and unwrapped the pizza and found that they didn’t put any chicken on the pizza but there were unions under the cheese. When we called to ask for a new pizza, the manager was condescending and tried to cut me off saying that the restaurant was busy while I was explaining what happened and while we ordered our pizza and waiting to receive our order, there was only one other customer in store and the employees were messing around instead of doing their jobs. We waiting 15 minutes for three pizzas! Then only offered $5 off my...
