Went through Drive-Thru @ 1:48pm on May 23rd, 2022. Tried ordering a cheese burger with extra seasoning. Manager at back-cash taking orders/cash told me on intercom that she cannot communicate with the cooks because none of them speak English so she cannot tell them to add the seasoning. I then confirmed with her over the intercom that she only spoke English and cooks only spoke Spanish. Manager re-affirmed me multiple times that it is impossible for her to communicate with the cooks to get my order properly and correctly made. I tried explaining to her that there is literally a button to press to add extra salt (seasoning) and visually explained what the seasoning device looks like (She did not care obviously). Told me she will give me salt packets and pepper (which are not the same thing) to put on my self. When at window I asked her name, she kept ignoring me and closed window on me (I had already seen her name tag, but since I cannot see far I wanted her to confirm by her word of mouth). She covered her right breast area with her left hand to conceal her name tag as she told me her name was "Jennifer" which was indeed on her name tag. Biggest kicker is that they got my order wrong (See picture attached). Why is this McDonalds hiring Managers that do not know how to work their register and do not know how to communicate with their co-workers to accomplish team goals to provide great customer service? Why are the owners (Who are Hispanic and would never compromise their business in this way) - I hope - hiring people who cannot even communicate with their customer base or employee base? Why are prices going up, McDonald wages and responsibilities going up, but my orders still being made incorrectly on every visit? Read moreI don’t eat at McDonalds often but this has to be one of the most ignorant ones I’ve ever been to over the years. Well, in all honesty, almost all the McDonalds in this whole city is like this. I don’t expect anything grand, but I do expect to get what I paid for and it be edible at a minimum. I’m starting to wonder who is keeping these places in business? Y’all really frequenting these places regularly? They’re all rude. They can’t seem to listen to an order to save their life. Can’t make the food the way it is ordered. Like how hard is a cheeseburger with only ketchup? Since when did they start baking them nasty minced (from a bucket or bag 🤮) onions into the patties? Then attempted to scrape them off, even though they were all over the outside of the bun. I eat their burgers maybe 1-2 times per year at the most because in general their burgers aren’t great. But this food smelled so bad it wasn’t edible. I’m talking the stench was horrendous, it permeated the whole car and the whole house within seconds. I have never smelt anything so foul before from a food place. I spent 10 minutes trying to call to complain and ask for a refund and not a soul answered. They make it to where it’s impossible to get your money back and people just out here on with it. SMH! I can’t believe y’all get paid line cook...
Read moreWent to this McDonalds location after watching a movie with my Husband. Went through the drive through at around 8:45. After ordering a coffee, I was looking at the menu, sadly they told me the smoothie I wanted was discontinued. My husband said alright just one moment as I tried to find something else. There was no one else in the drive through and she said our total and said to pull forward, my husband then tried to tell her we were not finished with our order. Some other girl got on there and said just to pull forward and continue our order at the window. The young man at the window gave us our total and then my husband explained we were not finished and we were rather rushed. He apologized and took the rest of our order. When we pulled up. The girl who took our order was standing there laughing and chatting while the two oher girls were complaining about someone who drove off. ( which at this point I understood why.) We ordered a coffee and a smoothie and waited 4 minutes at the second window. When they handed us our drinks the girl had her hand all over the lid of my husbands coffee cup and my smoothie was only half full.
