Arby's — Restaurant in Ottawa

I work down the street from this place so I thought it would be convenient and something new since I had not ate there before at all. I've been here at least 5 times in the last 2 weeks because I actually like the chicken sandwich. After receiving my order and it not even being so much as warm I decided to try again and instead opted for the gyro. It was good but still ill stick to the chicken sandwich. Not one of my meals were hot. In fact the best thing about the meal was the icy cold pop. I decided again last night to maybe go in to the building speak to a manager regarding all my previous in which case he has seen me because he actually waited on me in drive-thru. I placed an order again (I got hot fried this time). Each order I placed for food I could only half eat was no less than 15. He politely took my order for another 15 and told me me to have a good day. No apology nothing. I will not be returning or making suggestions. At least I got very expensively...

Ima keep it a buck with y’all...this Arby’s is the one where I have my home field advantage. A lot of linking and building has been done within the walls of this establishment. Along with a lot of sandwiches and curly fries getting deleted by the likes of Smiley, Tayvo, and myself of course. It goes without saying that the food slaps. It’s pretty clean in there too. The vibes are on point. This location is also the birthplace of “Victory Arby’s”, which is when I go cop some Arby’s to celebrate a life event. Everything from a wedding to a promotion has been celebrated by me with some Victory Arby’s after the fact. I would definitely recommend trying it out...sometimes it’s the little things in life. The bottom line is, if this review doesn’t make you want to run thru a brick wall to your nearest Arby’s, you need some air.

We haven't eaten at an Arby's in a long time, so when we had the opportunity to visit the one in Ottawa, we took it. I have never liked the curly fries and whatever the spicey coating on them is. Don't care for the potato cakes either,. I was in the mood for some homestyle fries. Yum. Imagine my surprise when I was told they don't have the homestyle fries! What?! Why? Cashier had no clue. They had onion rings though. I jokingly said, what? Like 5? She said yes!! Ha! We ordered them, she said nothing about the upcharge. I suppose we should have known, however it would have been kind of her to have informed us. We wouldn't have ordered them. Heck, we should have left and driven back to Peru to....pick a restaurant, any restaurant. Now we know, now we won't return to that...
