Very Unprofessional. I had a confrontation with one of the staff members, after two elderly ladies cut in front of me, I spoke up and said I was next in line. I was ignored and then when I finally received service the staff member who ignored me came over to me, "You should have a little patience, it goes a long way." She said this to me several times.

I think normal expectations would be you help the person who has been waiting the longest and not admonish them for sticking up for themselves. Its sad when a self-righteous small person can ruin an experience.

This review has 2 stars because frankly, the chocolates are good but because of the unacceptable customer experience I will not be going back.

2 very easy ways to improve the customer experience, get rid of employees with bad attitudes and most importantly, put in a check out line instead of it being a free-for-all to eliminate this silly staff...

First time here and without a doubt the best freshly prepared meal I've had in a long, long time. I had the quiche Lorraine with beets and carrot salad. I chose the pretzel cookie with dark chocolate for dessert. The quiche melted in my mouth and the crust was absolute perfection! The carrot salad was a perfect combination of tart and sweet tastes. The sliced beets another perfect medley of tastes! Andres is renowned for their chocolates so don't leave without trying something! I had the pretzel cookie which was a sugar cookie shaped like a pretzel with either sugar, milk chocolate or dark chocolate over it. Of course I chose the dark chocolate served with homemade cream on the side. The chocolate made me swoon as the sugar cookie and dark chocolate vied for majority. It's a pre priced meal and for 18.67 I had a drink, meal and dessert. Get to this place QUICKLY! you will not be...

Since about 1960 my mom, my sisters and I have been going to Andre's for pastries, chocolates and sometimes lunch. It was always super treat. The pastries are little works of art as are the chocolates and everything they sell. The display cases are pristine. I've never seen so much as a crumb or a smudge anywhere in the place. It has always maintaned the same standards and consistency. The offerings look and taste exactly as they did in the 1960's. That's something I can't say about other places or products that have existed since the '60's ! The new store in Leewood has the same quality, consistency and cleanliness as the Main St. Store.
