UPDATE as of 8/11/19:
I have experienced issues with this location in the past. While the management and staff are overall very nice, the quality of food has not been up to par. I simply ordered a 20-piece McNuggets and large fries. Everything came out very dry and almost over-cooked. I had the fries replaced, but they still taste burnt. Maybe the oil needed to be replaced. The drink dispensers were also very foamy, to the point you had to keep filling your cup for at least a minute before it was full. Not very happy trying to feed my family with these issues.
I placed a mobile order as soon as the restaurant opened. When I arrived, the exterior lights were off. There were cars in the lot, but not sure what was going on I pulled up to the drive-thru. I sat there for almost five minutes before the order taker greeted me. When I asked if they were open and she confirmed they were, I advised her the outer lights were off. Her exact response was, "Well they're showing on in here, so I don't know what to tell you." Another vehicle in the second drive-thru lane passed by, and I advised her they were losing customers. The line went dead for almost another five minutes before a rude tone asked "Are you going to order something sir?" When I explained I had a mobile order, she asked if I had two orders which I did not. She finally told me to pull up to the second window. After an awkwardly silent interaction, I had to ask for a receipt so I could fill out the online survey. Much to my frustration, I came home to find I had been charged TWICE for the exact same amount.
Between a loss of time, an unpleasant and very upsetting experience, and the inconvenience of contacting management to fix the error - this has definitely changed my attitude about this location. I have already boycotted another local McDonald's and it looks like I'll be adding...
Read moreI don't usually write bad reviews because it's not really worth the time but after time and again of coming to this location and them getting my order wrong I felt obligated. I just started working in the area recently and because of allergies and dietary restrictions I eat literally the same thing every day. 2 mcdoubles plain no bun. Literally just meat and cheese is all I'm trying to get the first handful of times it was perfect then one day they didn't make it plain the next time they still put it on a bun (couldn't even eat it due to a gluten allergy) so I started going to one slightly further away because I could make it if traffic allowed during my break but today I didn't have the extra time and so I went back to this location in hopes it would be differenti was wrong and so im going without food again because I don't have time to go somewhere else and my order was incorrect I was told if I ordered it plain they couldn't do no bun which makes no sense because I've ordered it before and so I said I just want meat and cheese nothing else no bun nothing literally meat and cheese my receipt says meat and cheese only but what's in the bag two mcdoubles on buns marked as plain that I can't eat be ause of an allergy I don't understand how they used to grt it right and no other McDonald's around has an issue with 2 mcdoubles plain no bun but this location drops the ball time and again on such...
Read moreI decided to treat my kiddo for getting 100% on his spelling test. Thought McDonald's would be a good way to celebrate after school. He was super excited about this! Upon arrival around 3:30pm we didn't go in, instead we went through the drive through. I hate doing this because I want customer service all the time. The employee who took our order was kind and patient. We had ordered 2 McRib's since they only carry it "Seasonally". We also ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. Once we paid at the 1st window we pulled up to the 2nd window. This employee however was more of a computer. She gave us a drink that came with the McRib meal and asked us to pull into a numbered lot. No problem with that right? Once we parked it took 7 minutes to be exact to actually receiving our complete order. I watched at least 5 cars behind get their orders and drive off. When we did have an employee whom was the 3rd person we had contact with it was very direct. "Here you go!" There wasn't any customer service as to what we ordered and a bag was given to us with the smoothie. Seriously fast food needs to have customer service just as well as dine in restaurants.
