I received RAW meat on my family's burgers and when I went back with photographic evidence and asked for a refund the "general manager", Frank, started throwing around words like contamination and food poisoning, yelling over me when I attempted to calmly explain it was the bloody meat that made us sick and I never said contaminated... He got even louder, insisting he had to make a police report because my family had gotten sick... I finally said you know what I don't care, make your report, I'll wait here and then I want my refund... After much more hollering and my calling corporate (where the very nice woman commented on the absurd behavior that she was overhearing and stated she did not know how he became a general manager with his treatment of customers) he took a photo copy of my id, had me sign a paper, and THREW MY MONEY ACROSS THE COUNTER AT ME... Luckily none of it fell to the floor as I walk with a cane and retrieving it would have been nearly impossible. My family of 5 have been loyal Wendy's customers since we moved here 3 years ago, needless to say that is no longer the case... Frank has spoiled...
   Read moreMy wife and I have come to this particular Wendy's several times. I would say five out of the 10 times that we've been there they've got our order wrong. The same thing happened this past Sunday January 22nd. We went through the drive-through got 2 baconators a large fry and a six piece nuggets for our son. We get home and realized once again they've given us somebody else's order. I tried to call that day to complain to get the order replaced but nobody answers the phone. I tried a couple times on Monday to call and speak with a manager no answer and then today my wife decided to go up there and speak with a manager to get our order replaced. Frank the manager was completely rude and did everything except for call my wife a liar. His English is very broken and it was hard for her to understand him but he was raising his voice at her and telling her that she was not telling him the truth. After humiliating her in front of the other workers and a dining room full of people because it was lunch time she walked out in tears. We will never go back to this...

Joslin Was Who Took My Order And I Have To Say, Great Job On How U Handled The Way Ur Manager Spoke To U, Not Everyone Knows How To Professionally Handle A Manager Speaking To Them In An Unprofessional Manner, And U Did So I Commend U On A Job Well Done. The Way U Kept Working Without Letting It Affect Ur Interaction With Customers Was Great. Now For Alicia U Were Very Unprofessional And Really Need To Take A Look At Urself And How U Speak To Ur Employees Especially In Front Of Customers. U made the Situation Worse Than What It Really Was. The Wait Time Shouldn't Have Been That Long Had U Known How To Take Care Of Situation Instead Of Making It Worse. For God Sake The Man Just Wanted Cheese Added To The Sandwich. Wendy's Regional Manager Needs To take A LOOK At This Manager And TRAIN HER RIGHT... KEEP UP THE GOOD...
