Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Owasso

Very disappointed! I went for the first time tonight, I ordered a sundae and the girl asked if I wanted nuts and I said “no”. When it came out it had nuts on it so I told the nice young man that it was without nuts and when he told the girl she yelled with attitude back “I asked her and she said yes, as she is rolling eyes and then she doesn’t even finish mixing the chocolate shake I also ordered bc she was so irritated that I said no nuts. Had she actually paid attention in the first place she would have known. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service form the female employee. However the young man that was working with her handled the situation very professional and fixed the mistake quick and with a smile on his face the whole time. However I don’t plan to revisit, why would I want to spend money at a place just to be made to feel like an...

I think some of the employees there are just lazy and don’t care about product quality. The concretes are always good but we usually get the frozen pints. They are great if… and I mean IF they are made like they are supposed to be made. We order, almost every time, Bordeaux Cherry Chip and Mint Chocolate Chip. For the last dozen trips, there has been an issue with one or both of them. That issue is usually that it is just plain vanilla custard in the package. We complained a few times and even returned a couple… just to get the same thing in it’s place. If we wanted vanilla ice cream, we would have gone to Walmart to get it because of the cost. I guess that’s what we will do from now on because we NEVER get what we pay...

Andys frozen custard is very good. So is Braums Ice cream. I got a peanut butter sundae and asked the young man who took the order if "they could be generous with the pb sauce". (Last sundae I got was kind of skimpy.) He quoted me $6 instead of $5. When I asked at the window why the sudden increase in price, he said I got 'double sauce', which to me seemed like a normal amount. Andy's has the right to charge extra for another squirt of sauce as their business policy, (though I think they should have told me).
