I am writing to express my deep concern regarding recent experiences especially tonight. While I understand the challenges of working in a busy, college-town environment, the behavior of some staff members has been consistently frustrating and unprofessional. Specifically, I have encountered situations where the system is shut down prematurely, leaving delivery drivers unable to complete their orders. This has led to significant delays and inconveniences. It's also a loss of income which I do not appreciate in the slightest. Additionally, I have witnessed staff members exhibiting hostility and impatience towards delivery drivers making an intentional effort to ignore all delivery drivers meaning I am waiting 30-45 minutes to pick up 1 order that my app shows it was checked in as it's ready, but my order isn't even started. I believe that a more respectful and efficient approach is necessary. Perhaps implementing a designated pickup area for delivery drivers or streamlining the order process could alleviate some of these issues. By fostering a more positive and collaborative environment, we can ensure a smoother experience for both staff and customers. Read moreSo I went there on my lunch break today , I got up to the counter where the cashier Roxanna was great . Well then I was waiting for my food while I noticed the food maker DONNIE was texting on his phone with gloves on and also was eating food and had sour cream on his face while preparing mine and my co workers food . I then said something to the cashier and she was telling him that a customer saw him and his response was (OH I WASNT OVER FAR ENOUGH , AND THEN HE WAS LIKE WHOS FOOD IS IT SO I CAN SPIT IN IT .) And I told him that was my food and he said well I didn't make your food , and I thinking yes you did. Whether or not you made my food or not that is not food safety and nor is it safe. It honestly makes me not want to come anymore and its the closest one to my job . The other lady that was making food also she started laughing. And its's not a laughing matter because what if they were in my shoes and had to face something like that . This Is the the only time I have received poor service from a Taco Bell. Read moreThis place used to be amazing until literally the past 2 weeks. I went a total of 3 times and what really made me change my views on Oxford Taco Bell was my visits yesterday and today. I ordered the exact same thing both time using the app. The one thing they got wrong both times was my quesadilla melt. If it would have just been yesterday, this review wouldn't have even existed. I ordered a quesadilla melt (sub shredded chicken w cubed chicken and sub chipotle sauce for jalapeño sauce/still with the 3 cheese blend) and what they gave me was a quesadilla melt WITH ONLY CUBED CHICKEN, SOUR CREAM, and a gross cheese that WASNT the 3 cheese blend. BOTH DAYS. I understand making a mistake once, maybe someone ordered it one way and they got mine and I got theirs. But its almost like they wanted to make it how they wanted without any regards to the way I ordered it. I work in food service. I understand how days can go. I understand messing up.
