Mimian — Restaurant in Oxford Township

So to add and edit from my original review: I went into the restaurant after work and spoke with owner. They made my food for free, and gave me the dinner size, plus a drink. The food I originally had ordered, somehow got lost between the ordering app, or was missed by the person putting in the order. The issue was resolved and owners were very friendly and attentive to the situation. I would recommend this place after the resolution they provided. Thank you so much!

Ordered lunch from here with some coworkers through oxford to you, so little more expensive. Received order, and was missing a meal. Called restaurant and the customer service was so awful, they didn't understand what was missing. They finally called back and said, "you Received all of your food". I don’t know what has been going on lately but I cannot order delivery. I get an error saying “Cannot reach Menusfi POS.” I try to call them and each time I get an automated message saying “This mailbox isn’t accepting messages as the mailbox hasn’t been set up yet.” DoorDash and other delivery services also don’t go through I know they aren’t closed each time I try to order so I’m assuming there’s something wrong with their WiFi or phone line that’s causing this. I often can’t get there in person so I use their delivery service to get it delivered to my work. If a worker at MImian, manager, or owner can see this and investigate and solve the problem so I can have my favorite restaurant again that would be much appreciated! Being here at Miami University for my 4 years. Mimian, has always been my #1 choice. Best chinese food I have ever had. They have both American and Traditional food choices that everyday is a new dish for me. The restaurant is very clean and well lit and they have a lot of entertaining knick knacks and unique Legos pieces. And not to mention the Iron Man speaker they have at the front desk! They have amazing Crab Rangoon as well as their Sweet and Sour Chicken that it just melts in your mouth 😋 I am even so impressed on the variety of vegetarian choices they have for those who are.
