I walked up to the counter at 7pm. One barista was present, and he was doing closing duties. He looked up and said "I'll be right with you". He then proceeded to go to the back and disappear for over five minutes. When he came back he said "sorry, I have to log back into the system." and I said "aren't you open until 8?" apparently, the workers don't think so.
I then asked if they had fresh black coffee, as I felt that if I asked for an inconvenient drink I would be standing there for another ten minutes. He said yes, and I ordered a hot coffee with cream. There wasn't enough coffee left in the pot, and it was cold, so I watched the barista look at me, then decide to STEAM my cup of black coffee. When I received the drink there was an inch of foam on top. Worst Starbucks experience...
