H2O Oxford Oriental Café — Restaurant in Oxford

In all my 21 years I have never had worse food. I am telling you the people who enjoyed the food here couldnt have had a decent meal in their lives and I invite them all to Mcdonald's where Ill happily buy them something from the dollar menu...which will taste better than this. The food is not disgusting in taste. It tastes like nothing. Its like something you get from Walmart to try and then throw away because its taste like the the box it came from. I literally let them throw the whole plate away. I got General Tso's chicken, egg roll, "fried rice", and egg soup. And they do not under any circumstances offer substitutions or refunds so beware. I only write reviews for exceptionally great ot horrible places and this place...

I ordered food through Landshark Delivery which was excellent but on the restaurant's behalf the food was AWFUL! I called to see if this was how my food was suppose to be and the man was very disrespectful about it stating that he was the one who made the order and it was right! But my chicken was not done in the middle, barely had any sauce on the chicken and the rice was horribly prepared, I paid for extra items I didn't get. So once I told him I'd never eat here again he then called the delivery place telling them not to refund me my money which wasn't an issue. I wanted better quality food instead. I even read reviews before I ordered and putting my judgment against theirs hoping to have better results but NO....

I hate to leave bad reviews, especially for a small local place like this, but this is just one of those reviews. I will say, the price was surprisingly cheap (20 something dollars for two meals and an extra fried rice), but I’m pretty sure they undercharged us. I got the Mongolian beef special which was very disappointing. I guess it didn’t taste terrible, but the portions were beyond disappointing. I got maybe 10 SUPER tiny slices of beef. My egg drop soup was gross. Egg roll was meh. My friend got lo mein with his meal and it was disgusting. Fried rice super mediocre. I can’t justify going back. It just felt like a...
