There is GRAFFITI on the back southern walls of the PG MEETING HOUSE. A request has been sent to Code Violation with no positive results. It is a disgrace and eye soar to PG residents!! Please notify owner of building to remove it or fine the owner.
It's been nearly 3 months and the graffiti is still on the back wall of the PG Meeting House.
I have made so many contacts including Code Enforcement, Public Works, In Stride Physical Therapy who contacted the owner of the building, employees at the PG Meeting House, and finally the PG Police Dept.
The Pacific Grove Police Department took photos of the graffiti, and the officer told me he was putting together a report. I asked him to be sure to send a copy to Mr. Jon Biggs, Development Director of Pacific Grove, as well as the owner of the building.
When I had initially contacted In Stride Physical Therapy, the employee told me that Wendy, the owner, was out of town and would take care of the graffiti when she returns. That has been nearly 3 months ago and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!
I have been patient, but my patience is running thin!
I feel that the owner of The Meeting House in Pacific Grove needs to be cited for avoiding to take care of removal of the graffiti after being given ample time.
I would appreciate if customers would protest by boycotting this restaurant until this ongoing issue is resolved once and for all!

Read moreI was just at the PG Meetinghouse and I was APPALLED by how dirty the bathroom was. As in, dried urine on the walls, on the toilet, floors, etc. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. So, when I went out, I asked to speak to the manager. He came over to me and I told him nicely that the bathroom was pretty disgusting. I never once raised my voice. At this point if he had just said to me, "Oh no! I'll make sure we take care of that right away" - and then done it - I would have been fine. However, he smiled and said that he was working on getting a maid. Ok - that didn't sit well with me. I told him that HE should go clean it himself. He just smiled and kept saying "thank you" to me - primarily, I'm sure, to just get me to shut up. I said to him that when the bathroom is that dirty, it makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. Once again, "Yes, thank you." So I left the counter, and he went back to talking to his friend .... and promptly LEFT without doing anything about the bathroom. There were several people working, no one went to clean it. Please believe me that the bathroom was completely, over-the-top FILTHY!! Honestly, I...
Read moreFirst of all, the customer service was lacking. I wasn’t greeted right away. The young lady that ended up taking my order was fairly friendly. But the one that made my drink just put it on the counter, and didn’t say anything to let me know it was ready. And her shirt/top was quite revealing, not very professional-looking.
I got a hot chai latte with regular milk. I liked the beautiful sun-shaped pattern of cinnamon that was sprinkled on top of it. The overall taste was pretty good, but there was a flavor in it that tasted a bit off to me, as if it had an artificial sweetener in it. (I had read and was told at the counter, that they make their chai in-house, so I was expecting more of an authentic, pure chai flavor.) And it was way too hot! I waited about 5 minutes to try it, and it was still so hot, that I burned my tongue, and had to spit it out!
Also, I had read that they serve gluten-free bakery items there, but the only gf item available was a big coconut macaroon, half dipped in chocolate. (I passed on that, but the cashier said...
