McDonald's — Restaurant in Paducah

Came here late at night with a mobile order but when I showed up I realized I would not be able to access the drive thru because of the size of my truck. Despite their lobby being closed one of the employees still came out to see what we needed. Me personally if I worked there and lobby was closed I would have pretended I didn’t hear them lmao so I’m very glad he answered us. He was super nice and understood why I couldn’t come thru the drive thru. He brought our food out fresh and in a timely manner. Food was correct and delicious. I wish I knew his name so I could call him out individually but he had really cool piercings in his ears so hopefully that may narrow it down. We’re passing thru on our way back to Tennessee so if I’m ever back here I will absolutely be coming to this...

I can't believe I am giving 4 stars to a McDonald's, but I just had a good visit here. The staff, though interaction was limited, was pleasant and prompt to respond, though my food was not prompt to arrive. The food was very fresh and about as good as McDonald's food can be (take that for what it's worth), the floor and tables looked decent at first glance, but looking closer you could tell they needed more attention (and I am taking into account that it's winter weather and there is salt everywhere).... The highlights of this visit were the friendliness of the staff and the freshness of the food. The time it took to get the food and the cleanliness of the lobby could use some work. But this visit was above average from my normal, albeit rare, visits...

All the tables were dirty upon arrival. Ordered food which came out quickly. Headed over to beverage station where 3 soda flavors were not working, one machine was out of ice, and one ketchup dispenser was out of ketchup. Sat down and noticed that cheeseburger I ordered for my daughter had everything on it even though I ordered it with pickle and mustard only. Go back and order and pay for a new cheeseburger...this one comes out with ketchup only. This time I go right back to the counter to the girl that gave me the burger and I let her know my frustration. She hands me a new burger open it and find a cold piece of unmelted cheese, one pickle and some mustard. Employees were not helpful or friendly. Don't waste your time...
