My husband, (boyfriend at the time then fiancé) bought my engagement ring and wedding band from Michelson Jewelers! My husband and I had went looking for rings and Ms. Sue was the absolute BEST! I picked out a few things I wanted and he picked out a few things he liked as well. I tried on different rings but came across one I absolutely love! I picked my top 3, and Ms Sue helped my husband pick from there. I didn’t know what ring I was getting at all! I actually ended up picking 5 rings a mix between both his and mine what we liked. (My husband picked my too 1, he loved it just as much as I did!) This past Christmas (2024) he went to Michelson and got me 2 pieces of jewelry. A diamond necklace with my first Initial on it and a diamond cross bracelet! To say I was so shocked/amazed by what he picked out for me, is an understatement! He did so good!

I will say this.. any time I go into the store to get my rings inspected.. they treat my like family and do such a thorough job! They also clean my rings while inspecting them! I leave there with bling in my finger and a smile on my face! Just knowing my husband did all of this for me at a place that treats you like they are your family is soo...

We Took my wife’s ring there to be completely rebuilt & they did an AMAZING job on it. When we got it back, it didn’t even look like the same ring because it was so polished, & well cleaned!

Not only did they reset most of the diamonds on it, but they joined the engagement ring with the wedding band so that it wouldn’t move around damaging each other causing those same problems again. (A feature we didn’t even know was possible) They also resized both rings to where it fits perfectly on her finger!

But what had to be the best part? Was the experience we had with the people who helped us at the desk! They couldn’t have been more friendlier, & it was such a pleasure to meet great people like that in this area. They were honestly two of the nicest people we’ve met since being here. I know if we ever have any type of jewelry needs? This is the place we would definitely go next time we were in the market.

Inside a very sweet lady, Sue Samples greeted me! With her knowledge of all the store had to offer, I explained what I had before and I told her that the two rings I had lost and the earrings and gold chains. I had my mind I wanted a solitare diamond ring! She immediately started to show me different options! Within a time of about twenty minutes; I saw what I wanted! I lost most of my good jewelry!
