Wendy's — Restaurant in Paducah

First of all, I came in here last week and one of the workers stuck his hand in his shirt to scratch his stomach while taking care of a customer. HE THEN PROCEEDED to handle bags, sauce packets and probably later on food without washing his hands. Pretty sure his name is Brian, as someone who works in the restaurant industry this is HIGHLY unsanitary and absolutely DISGUSTING. DO NOT EAT HERE AT THIS LOCATION!!!! Multiple times I've also had soggy fries and almost every time I've had to wait an ungodly amount of time (where there were barely any cars in the parking lot) today, they gave me 11 ketchup packets for a small biggie bag (never asked for ketchup but oh well) my fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a little bit and my burger was SOGGY AND WET. It was soggy, greasy, and wet. No crunch from lettuce or bacon, disappointing. Soggy and depressing. I will NOT be coming back to this location unless I am on the brink of starvation. Save yourselves and don't go here,. you'll probably get sick because these workers don't wash their nasty hands. Place needs to...

Had a simple order: three of the $5 Biggie bags, for our family. I don't have high expectations from fast food, but this was an absolute joke. No customer service at all, I've had better interactions with a vending machine. Asked for catsup and BBQ sauce for the nuggets, got enough catsup for one person, and no BBQ... Asked again for BBQ gave me 2, told him that there are three of us and I needed more. He looked at me like I asked him for his first born.

Chickfila would have given me a handful and been thankful for doing so....

Wasn't given a receipt, pretty sure I also ordered a frosty and was charged but didn't get.

I try every few months to give this wendys location another chance. They brutally mess my family food up everytime. Ask for a spicy chicken sandwich, receive a Dave's single. Ask for extra onions/no tomato on a cheeseburger deluxe, it has no onion but a very white/green tomato. One time they tried to tell me that they don't have a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe on their meal and there was nothing wrong with my deluxe that had mustard on it (mustard doesn't go on it), they literally told me they don't have a jr cheeseburger deluxe, which I order all the time at lone oak location.
