Very rude, incapable staff. Came in to huge rush line and only one register open, I work in retail and everyone knows to call for backup or the manager or someone else when this happens. Girl at cashier was the only not rude one. Waited 10 minutes after ordering before the rude black woman making the drinks starting making the orders from the people behind me. Asked them nicely if they had (my order) and she snapped, "I'm making them in the order they come, ma'am, thank you!!!!!!!" very condescendingly. I said, "Sorry, but...I have been standing here...waiting." And she said "well, I must have called your drink!!" I said, "but...you didn't. I've been standing right here waiting." And she said "Well, then yes I did. Either you just ordered and I'll make yours in the order it came in or you got your drink." I then just asked for a refund because I had to leave, at this point I had been there 15 minutes while people behind me had already come and gone, and the staff was all rolling their eyes and muttering under their breath about me, and then the drink-maker shoves some random person's drink at me and tells me have a good day. I'm not a confrontational person and I had already had enough so I just said thanks and left. Tossed the coffee in the garbage can as soon as I was outside. Rudest most unhelpful incapable staff. Won't be back. Used to go here all the time. Get people who aren't so miserable or pay them more than 8 bucks an hour so they don't take their hatred for their miserable lives out on customers. It's not our fault you hate your lives. Find another job, preferably out of retail, which I've been working in for years. Read moreI’ve gone to this Dunkin for a while now because I used to work in the same plaza but ever since they hired new workers I’ve noticed such a decline in their product as well as customer service. I came in later in the afternoon and ordered a donut with sprinkles and a medium iced coffee with french vanilla cream and sugar. The man behind the counter didn’t quite understand my order so I was more than okay with repeating it to make sure it was correct. Once I got my coffee and donut I noticed the coffee didn’t have any cream in it so I went back in and asked the girl that was also working if she could add cream to it. She was rude and snatched the cup out of my hand without a word and put cream in it, the guy who took my order proceeded to say “is it nasty?” and I exclaimed that it was good it just didn’t have any cream in it. The girl that was putting the cream in then got an attitude with me and nastily said “you said milk I heard you say milk”. I told them both I just wanted french vanilla cream and sugar. I won’t be coming back to this location any further. This experience was absolutely appalling and I don’t know how these people got the job in the first place. As someone who works in customer service it’s not hard to just apologize and correct the order. Do not come here, take the extra time to find a Starbucks or another Dunkin even if it’s out of your way because...
Read moreI am a regular.. well I was. Not anymore. NEVER ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER I will not ever recommend this location of dunkin. Absolutely horrible customer service. And horrible product knowledge. I just had a simple simple issue over either caramel or French vanilla and the women working straight up laughed at me for not understanding what drinks are what. I'm sorry I am not knowledgeable in that field of work. But what I had purchased was not what I order almost every day. I know the drink I want I've had it plenty of times before.. now never again from this location. Not after that treatment.
Also they never get my orders correct after I try to make it as simple as possible to allow everyone a easy day. I even use the app and it usually results in me waiting still for it to be ready and or the order is not correct. But today I was humiliated and laughed at by an employee making morning coffees. What a way to start the day.
Also the manager (or what looks like the manager) walked to the back and left me and the other employee at the counter to go back and forth and not find a simple solution. The manager hid in the back until the issue was eventually resolved (I left the store) so for the manager to not even get involved and try to help when she clearly saw the back and forth start then she disappeared.
