Food so bad raccoons won’t eat it (see video)

4.5 stars? Maybe out of 50. I would rather choose to starve to death.

Instructions were written as please mix beef and shrimp fried rice and make sure it has egg. If it costs extra please no problem.

Did they mix shrimp and beef? Nope. Did they put egg in the fried rice? Nope. The “special instructions” section is just for show. They will serve it how they want.

So I fried up some egg to add to the fried rice and was going to let it be, but then I started eating the beef with broccoli. Arguably the worst I have ever had delivered to me. Ingredient quality is very low; it seems like the beef was cooked yesterday and just heated up in the microwave. Slimy and with a weird texture. Not to mention the color of beef is way different than it should be. Flavor was non existent. This is what I would expect in an Army chow hall on a Sunday when the new guy is working the kitchen. Wife couldn’t eat the fried rice either, everything was just awful.

The white rice was the only edible part, but unfortunately I already mixed it all.

There is no good Chinese in Palm Coast, but this is the worst thus far. Usually I can at least eat it, but this I could not. I threw it outside for the raccoons.

Take 40 bucks and burn it, then make a sandwich, you’ll save time.

Rarely do I buy food so bad I feel personally offended, but here we are.

Close your restaurant and do something else. As long as it doesn’t involve cooking.

This was my first time ordering from your restaurant. And the last. I’m sorry, for the pricing, you should honestly be ashamed. No noodles for the soup (which unfortunately was a bucket of hot grease with mushrooms floating on top), Dry, hard wontons with no traditional garlic soy sauce. Some warmed up duck sauce, frozen scallops that tasted like the microwave, and some sort of weird warm mayo-dill dip. The spare ribs were cooked perfectly with tasteless bbqsauce. Everything was so bland, you might as well have sent me white rice! $36 I’ll never see again, and I’m still going to have to find something edible to eat. Just horrible.

Update… as an idiot, I completely forgot I had been to this place before and all I wanted was hot and sour soup and general sauce chicken. It is just as horrible and absolutely absurd. How this place is in business. The general shows chicken was so overcooked you can’t even bite it in half. The hot and sour soup tasted like chili pepper water. the pork fried rice was so bland and greasy I threw everything in the garbage. It’s disgusting. I don’t know what you guys think Chinese food is supposed to be but...

Shrimp was hard and chewy like it was old.. woman wanted to argue about it instead. Tofu was soggy and disgusting and the mango chicken was repulsive .. a business is supposed to correct mistakes and make things right and the attitude was so awful I didn’t even want my food remade .. just my money back because I will never be back again. After spending $65.00 on food for my family we should’ve had hot fresh food in front of us but instead I have an upset stomach from old shrimp. Should have a zero star option because...
