This is definitely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in the entire US and I've been all over! This last (and yes it's the last time I'll go there) visit I went through the drive through on the way back to my office. I just wanted a quick bite so I just ordered a cheeseburger, small fries and small coke. I paid the cashier who was friendly and has been working there a while. I then pulled up to the pick up window and the girl there said I had to pull up to spot #3 because the fries were not ready. Yes, there were cars waiting in spot #2 and #1. I was wondering what kind of McDonald's does not have fries ready to go, especially a small order. I waited for 8-10 minutes. I saw in my rearview mirror a guy bringing food out. He went to the car next to me first. The guy took the bag, stuck his hand in it, move the food around and then told the McDonald's worker that was not his food. The McDonald's employee then handed him the other bag he was holding. Then that same employee brought the bag over to my car. I said I saw that he gave the other guy the food, he stuck his hand in it and then he's trying to give it to me. I told him that was not good food handling and also against the food handling codes. He said, ugh.. ugh... shall I get you some other food. I said no, I've been waiting for too long for a quick bite. Then I drove off, didn't eat the food handled by some stranger yet looked for the receipt to call the manager. The receipt was totally unreadable since it looked like the printer was running out of ink. Can anything else go wrong in a quick visit? The management called me back a day or so later and were not helpful at all. Somewhat rude actually! She even acknowledged that she knew the place has a lot of bad reviews! I would recommend going to one of the McDonald's the next exit down. There are two right near I95 and neither are like this! Drive down one more exit if you have to go to McDonald's. I'll avoid all of them...
Read moreWe gave tons of mcdonalds in P. C but this is my favorite !! It is the only one that doesn't lie about the ice cream machine being down or close it super early. I totally understand how they feel and they Are trying to get out as early as possible but at the same time? When I leave my house late and im craving a Mcflurries as I have been lately its so disappointing to hear that 2 hours or more hours before close they have shut their machine down. As one of my first Jobs I know that it doesn't take that long to shut it down and clean it. Which most don't even do unfortunately. But it's just out of laziness in my opinion because we would always lie about the machines being down or my co workers would at night when the main managers weren't there so they didn't have to make them but this mcdonalds is amazing 👌they always are willing to make McFlurries even right before close and out of all the other stores has the most nice employees. I mean they still have those that probably shouldn't be in customer service by any means but they have less than the others. My only complaint is alot of times my LG or MED fries which are over priced in my opinion will be maybe half full so your basically getting less than a small frankly alot of the time and atleast every other time my oreo Mcflurry will half full if I'm lucky sometimes less. That breaks my heart or when there is hardly any cookie pieces but they are so addictive that I am just grateful to get them K ejdb they SD mcdonalds ice cream in store to try to make my own but it's impossible to replicate. But out of the stores the fries are usually always pretty fresh. If they got their portions right it would be ▪︎5 ☆☆☆☆ ▪︎ ALL DAY¡¡! Read moreWe had very bad experience today. They gave us wrong sandwich in drive through. My preagnant has to go inside to change it. After 10 minutes she got through at counter top another sandwich. We left and my wife told that egg inside is cold (freesed). So we have to come back second time and I was trying to talk to manager. Sharry is the manager and she refused to give her last name. She was very rude and refused to give us full refund, she told I can do it just for sandwich. We tried to explaine her that we spent 30 minutes for all that and gas and 2 times toll bridge fee, but she did not care and in rude manner left. So, its a worst experience and customet service I ever saw. Sharry has no idea how she should behave herself with customers and I dont know how this person was even hired in food bussiness. I requested their licences information, osha paperwork and supervisor information. We were given bussinness card of some Debbi. My wife gave her a call and left a message, never got response from her. If anyone can suggest what else can be done, we will really be thankful. But, I will try to avoid McDonalds from now on.
