After years of mediocre service at this location, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received at Olive Garden. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that this would be a dining experience like no other.
The first thing that caught my attention was the speed of service. Our Server Devin was incredibly efficient, promptly attending to our needs without sacrificing the quality of service. It was refreshing to have our orders taken swiftly and accurately, ensuring that we could enjoy our meal without unnecessary delays.

PAU & CITLALY So I just stood there and they looked at me and said “how much??” I said for 7. And they said it was gonna be an hour wait so I said it was fine. And they got my number. She repeated it and it was wrong so I told her my number again and sat down. 40 minutes passed and I got up and asked if I was supposed to get a text telling me in what place in line I’m in. And the girl said no that I’d get a text when the table is ready so I sat down again thinking they’d call me when the table was ready bc there wasn’t that many customers anymore and they clearly knew we were still waiting. 40 more minutes passed and I was still there I was upset already so I got up again and asked the girl when were we going to be seated and she asked for my name and said “we sent the text that the table was ready and no one came” I said I’m sitting right next to you and I didn’t receive a text. I came to ask you if I was supposed to get the text and you said I’d get one. And they sat us down after that. But I didn’t like their attitude as soon as I walked in and they didn’t apologize for not getting my number right both times I gave it to them. So RUDE. Read moreIt was not the best experience that I've had there, and usually I get pretty good service but this time it was terrible. First off we were there for my granddaughter's 21st birthday. I specifically told the hostess to have the food server ask my granddaughter for her ID for her 21st birthday as she wanted to be carded for the first time. Well they forgot, so we moved on and ordered our appetizer which was the calamari and it was pretty decent, although they did kind of got stingy on the amount of calamari that was on the plate. When we started our order we had one waitress halfway through she was replaced by another waitress. We had to wait quite a while for our drinks to arrive and when they did they were incorrect. Again. We had to wait quite a while before the main course was delivered and my spaghetti with meat sauce was cold as was my wife's shrimp scampi. We had to send them back and that took another 15 to 20 minutes before we received our food. The switching of the food servers was terrible, because they were inconsistent with our orders. And also took a long time to get refills for our drinks, and that was very disappointing.
