Red Lobster — Restaurant in Palm Desert

Last night while at Red Lobster in Palm Desert my wife and I had such an amazing time due to our waiter Manny and Miles. We can't thank you enough for your professional service but more than that I personally would like to say thank you to both of them for treating us as if we'd been friends for 20 years. These people are amazing but what you don't know is as we were leaving we pulled out to the signal light and a white Toyota sedan raced in front of us, slammed on its breaks, I attempted to go around this person numerous times. I'd never seen this vehicle or driver before last night. When he finally allowed us to pass him on his passenger side he shot at us shattering out his passenger window peppering our car and the side of my face with glass. I'd like to believe that the window tint and glass deflected the bullet from killing myself or my wife. RSO is handling things now thank you officer Navarro please be careful. And please to the people of Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage this was a white Toyota sedan mid 2000's with a plastic license plate cover that made reading the license plate very difficult. This was an absolutely unprovoked event that's absolutely unbelievably hard to explain. So beware this man is shooting at people from his car for absolutely no reason. Hubby and I went to red lobster for Valentine’s Day, and Johnathan the waiter and a Manager named Davin decided they were going to ruin that for us! From the none sat down we were ignored for over 10 minutes and Johnathan showed up, sternly not friendly at all! Started by asking any questions with menu, I asked about steak and shrimp, he abruptly said no you can order steak and add shrimp! So I ordered admiral shrimp dinner and hubby ordered Salmon steak and shrimp. Johnathan brought biscuits and drinks, we had waited about 40 minutes for our dinner when Johnathan came back and said “I have bad news, we had a computer glitch and your order didn’t go through” I asked if it was only our order that the glitch affected? Johnathan said “YES”! I asked for a manager and A man who I assumed was the manager walked passed us 3 times! I then got up and asked him if he was a manager, he said yes! I asked did Johnathan tell you I asked for a manager?” He said yes I just printed and was gonna give you a discount” not even ask what happened!! So when I told him what happened I got a sarcastic laugh! He said he was gonna give me a discount! I told him no thx! I was afraid to eat anything there based on what happened! We were there 2 Hours and left with no meal on our Valentine’s Day! I called the next day and spoke with Jessica the manager and she was very nice and basically let me know Johnathan lied! Well it was my birthday and my family decided to take me to red lobster for dinner. As normal we were greeted then taken to our table. The employee (who will be maneless) took Our drink and food order. My wife had told the employee it was my birthday and she replied," O we got something special for you at the end of dinner". OK after a few minutes She returned with our drink order and forgot mine, She did say I will be bringing your drink in a bit. I then ask for Straws. She said OK about 10 minutes later she returned with my drink and forgot My straws. Then our dinner showed up she asked if we needed anything else and my dinner didn't come with the condiments I started eating my meal was halfway through when the condiments showed up. I could have dealt with all that stuff no problem but what was unacceptable Is during our meal we heard another table celebrating their birthday with the singing and the desert The employee will be nameless did not complete her task no birthday dessert No singing when she was advised it was my birthday she simply brought us out carry out trays and the bill. That was horrible I'm never felt that way ever in red lobster She could have at least put the cake in a to go thing or something to clean it all up but it was simply unacceptable to disregard my birthday when we went over there to celebrate it.
