Peppers Thai Palm Desert — Restaurant in Palm Desert

This is not Thai food. This is mall food court quality. There was soggy, cold beef in my spicy beef salad, which is a simple and common Thai dish at any Thai restaurant. This looks like olive garden but at least they put dressing on their salad. Not only did they not make it the way its traditionally supposed to, it was also totally flavorless! A plain bed of lettuce with flavorless beef.

It should be seared and grilled hot, and dusted with toasted rice powder, mint, cilantro, lime juice.

Look at these pics, and look at the reviews here who actually know Thai food. There's MUCH better places here in the desert, don't waste your money!! The effort in these dishes is disrespectful!! Cooks don't know what they are doing. Be careful owners, or your palm desert location will go out...

If they would have gotten the order right as we instructed, the food might have been better.
