Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Palm Springs

today, I placed an order here, I paid and received in return old hard and cold French Fries ! So I called and asked to speak to the manager, someone answered me in a very rude way, go ahead! I then ask if these the person in charge, he answer me yes! I explain the situation to him, he then asks me to be patient and puts me on hold for more than 25 minutes without resuming the call! this very unpleasant and disrespectful person should not work at Carls Jr! furious at what came from this past, I left for the restaurant on foot since I don't have a vehicle, then I waited outside since no one wanted to leave the restaurant! after 20 minutes of waiting an employee came to meet me, telling me that the manager had left! I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me! so either it was the Manager on the phone who disrespected me and acted very badly, or these employees on the spot who passed for the manager! they only refunded me the 2 French Fries , not even all of my order for the inconvenience caused and the unacceptable behavior! so since these as well, you lose me as a customer! I would never set foot in your house again! and you are a disgrace to the brand...

The restaurant was clean and not too busy at the time. There was no wait to place the order and using a coupon was easy, the order was placed quickly and properly. The food came out as expected, actually better. Very flavorful, properly cooked and quickly served. I found myself going through and finishing my food quickly almost looking for more, very impressed with the overall quality, not just the food but the restaurant cleanliness, the flavor of the soft drinks and the staff being quick and prompt when I requested additional sauces. Not too long ago I'd find myself having mixed experiences, some good some bad; but recently at this Carl's junior and many others in the area my experiences have been mostly good. Ordered two Sausage, egg & cheese biscuits at like 730am, only 1 other car in drive thru. While driving I reached into the bag and the biscuits felt rock hard, tried to eat one, it was so dry along with the sausage I could not, they were not edible. I wrote to corporate, they wrote back saying they forwarded the comments to the restaurant and I’d be contacted within 5 DAYS! Suffice to say, no one ever contacted me. Carl Karcher, Carls Jr founder would be rolling in his grave. Quality was his #1 pet peeve. Too bad the whole company has fallen so low. Neither the corp office nor the franchisee gives a crap.
