As Starbucks goes, this is one of my least favorite - after Bermuda Dunes. The A Team staff works mornings, come in after 4 or 5 and good luck. I wanted a bag of decaf beans, there's none in outer display. I ask for help, a young guy, who admits he doesn't drink or know coffee, tries to help but can't find it. Says sorry, and just walks away. There's no one in the lobby and no other staff around. He actively has to ignore me. Usually (in other stores), a barista will weigh out beans from what they're serving finished coffee pouring. You know, like how Starbucks originated, selling coffee beans and the occasional cup? Not this place. I quit asking to get my regular beans weighed out from their stock - it's fresher than what's prebagged. It causes way too much stress on the staff, operating a scale while pouring a silver bag of beans into a bowl. And I can only take so many eye rolls from a 30 year old in pigtails and multiple piercings. Starbucks....you've forgotten what your base followers loved about you.... Damn good coffee beans. Why would you make it so difficult for me to give you money for something you make? Read moreMaybe it is not their fault but my expectation is too high for this starbucks. First, your coffee is always lighter than other starbucks. I never taste or smell coffee, only cream and sugar. This is the main reason I am mad. I need real coffee for my headache. I have been going to this location for 5 years since I moved to PS. Never get a good coffee or services from this location. I just go there because I shop at Ralph's. I ttied not to but sometimes my headache already started. Yes. I am mad at myself every time I do. I guess they do not have a service mind. They take order like I owned them money. When they repeat, they never care if you can hear it right or not. Yes, you can change it if it 's wrong. But you wasted my time. One time, the car in the front pay for me. It was supposed to be my good day and I could pass it along. Your staff could manage to ruin it. I know your location is good. But please let me remind you. Customer service; 2 stars Customers are waiting in line and no employees say “well help you in a minute “, acknowledge customers, after all if no customers there’s no paychecks, no jobs, customers are the reason this place stays open for business. It’s not hard for staff members to simply say “well be there in a minute”., I have my Starbucks App but I prefer human interaction but when I see this neglected line OR see this staff member on register “Gas attendant” personality I prefer to order online.
Time waiting; 0-1 star It’s been more than few times I have waited up to 13 minutes (almost 15 min) for a drink., wether I order it upfront or online.
I would totally suggest to put their Aces in their places.. To fully stock and have extra backup for each shift.... elevate yourself and the team.
