Poor customer service period. I ordered a 1/2 order of Carne asada nachos . The menu said Pico, guacamole and cheese. I have a allergy to tomatoes and guac!! I told the order taker several times in ENgLISH no guac or pico!!! I get the item what does it have ? Guacamole and beans and Pico. The super nachos has beans but not the 1/2 order of Carne asada nachos. This is too many times they mess up. Instead of walking around with your cell phone in your hands listen to what the customer orders. Food allergies are major and can lead to lawsuits if you are not careful. If you want to put beans on this item flippin change the menu so people will see that it has those items . I've been in this valley for 34 yrs and 1 can tell 10 who will tell 100 about poor customer service. Las Casuelas treats the locals right and actually listens nor do they make mistakes

On June 14. I waited 60 God damm minutes for a order of 4 rolled tacos. Both guys inside were lazy , allowing guests inside to drink alcohol after 2am. Then they give the excuse oh we are not taking orders as we are out of everything . Something needs to be done as this is multi days they run out of product. So I ordered one order of carne asada fries and it was absolutely disappointing. The customer service was okay but the food quality and overall presentation left more than something to be desired. The french fries were somehow underdone and yet brown as if left out for days or cooked in very old oil. This was more than bad this was disgusting. The fries were swimming and some type of cream not sour cream consistency but genuine cream and their avocado sauce did not taste like avocados at all It tasted more like a zucchini of some type. Genuinely nowhere near the consistency of guacamole but definitely the consistency of what looked like green vomit. 🤢 So I took them back to get a supposedly better order only to find that they had served me the exact same dish all over again. When I asked her why my French fries were brown she said it's just a type of fries we have. I don't know about you but I've never seen a potato that is brown on the inside‽ And again it was like chugging a gallon of oil down. The cheese was the best part and that's saying something.
