Wendy's — Restaurant in Palm Springs

Where do I even begin? I had a "meal" at this Wendy's location after a 9 hour workday, but was served room temperature soft French fries and I politely asked the young man to give me hot, fresh ones. You would have thought I was speaking a foreign language because I had to repeat myself 3 times. Ok, no problem. Except that the next batch of fries went to new drive thru orders and to TWO food delivery orders which then just sat there, waiting to be picked up. So I'm waiting for the NEXT batch of fries, having returned to my table and consuming half the chicken jalapeno popper sandwich, and do you know what? ( oh yeah, I brought it to the Lady manager's attention THREE TIMES but she was too busy rushing to get off, even after I forced her to address it, SHE SIMPLY LEFT the restaurant and the goofballs behind the counter NEVER DID call me up to get those stupid French Fries so word to the wise, expect no receipt at this location and if you get lukewarm fries, you might as well eat them and don't even bother that manager, she's for sure not the least bit interested in repeat customers. Indeed I had eaten a breakfast meal there before going in to work and I pass this restaurant frequently. I also asked her to ask the guy for my receipt and he lied and said it was in the bag. Then she was gone. Then I was gone. Enjoy this...

I wouldn't recommend eating or working here to anybody. I have always loved Wendy's, just not this location!

I recently moved to this area a few months ago and every time I have visited this Wendy's they have been short staffed and the staff that are there are very rude and slow, sometimes to the point where they tell me they are not taking orders at all because there is not enough people working.

I needed a part-time job to supplement my main job and figured they could use the help. So I filled out an application and had an interview scheduled with the manager. I showed up 5 minutes early to the interview, was told to sit in the lobby and someone would be with me. After waiting 20 minutes (I gave them time considering they were busy for the amount of workers they had staffed) I went up to the counter asking for an ETA. I was then told that the hiring manager was off for the day and would not be coming in to do the interview. The amount of disregard for my time wasted was astonishing to me. Especially when you are in need of employees

Horrible service. I got yelled at in there. Lady taking the order was rude and didnt seem to want to be there. I was sitting down waiting for my wife and kid to return from bathroom and the lady comes around the corner and across the resturant yells HELLO FOOD, and the manager was standing right there. Until I said something that's when he said something to her. I haven't been to Wendy's lately, but the food seems to have lost quality too. I rather go to chick fil a. Wont ever be back. Btw got my order wrong too.

UPDATE: 8-19-23 - I was in the plaza going to home depot and decided I don't want to drive around to the other plazas and its been 5 years, lets give it another chance. BAD CHOICE. Went through drive thru and the guy was rude, get to the window barks the total. Paid and got my food and guess what, when I got to my destination they didn't give me one of my items. All I ordered was a taco salad and spicy nuggets, didn't get my nuggets. Serious how incompetent do you have to be to not read the receipt. Read receipt check bag and they want $15 an hour wow. Hire monkeys they might do...
