It’s been some months since I had my ring repaired & I can’t stop thinking about how upset I was so I’m finally speaking out about my experience. I took my grandfathers ring( gave to me on my 13th birthday) which was his fathers ring and so on, to get re-engraved and my band fixed. They said it should be ready in about a couple days so I trusted them and waited, abt 3 days later I decided to stop in because I work in the mall and see if any updates, when I came in the white lady looked for my ring and said it was there and just got back from being engraved, I could tell it was fresh bc the dust from the engraving was still around it, I asked if it was ready to go and she said yes I was too scared to ask her to clean it for me so I went to the restroom and washed the ring myself and when I did the dust from the engraving scratched up my whole ring it no longer looked brand new. The next day I went in to tell her what happened and she told me that those scratches were from me wearing it and not bc of the metal dust and all she could do was steam my ring. I know it wasn’t completely my fault and I’ve been super unhappy about my ring ever since. In all honesty at first I was like huh when I was told the price BUT that is because I have had (what I now know to be) bad soldering experience !!! Previously I had a set soldered and it just looked like melted metal and I didn’t like it so I hadn’t done it to my wedding set because it looked bad but at this point I was worried friction and movement was going to weaken the prongs and I’d lose a diamond so I wanted it done … when i tell you they can TAKE MY MONEY!!! I picked up my set and my mind was blown!!!! As long as this holds it was worth EVERY PENNY and EVERYTHING it is so clean!!!! There is still clear separation in bands and color (alternating white and yellow gold) and it is just soooooo clean looking !! It seriously blew me away and made sense to me why they said it cost what it does this is the service it should be and this is what a soldered set should look like I am truly so thankful and so impressed !!!!! In my mind they were just going to melt it together so it shouldn’t have been much cause ewww and it just melts it … noooo nooo nooo not here - it is truly a work of art...

HORRIBLE !HORRIBLE !HORRIBLE ! If you want to get your jewelry or phone ruined this is the place for you. RUDE employees (Nadina)and are so unprofessional. They break your valuables instead of fixing them. They don't even apologize they just say "things happen" worse experience I've ever had with any store. I was told that my phone screen would take 30 minutes to repair. first, I should have realized the man was blind as a bat at first I take the blame for that one . It ended up taking them three days to repair my screen. When I received it . It was so poorly done . I called to complain and they said they'd fix it so I took it back and they broke the entire phone and said it was a risk I was willing to take. Now I lost my iPhone 6 to this disgrace of a business. TERRIBLE place for fixing. go to another store pay a little more but have it professionally done.
