Just arrived in Palmdale on a Sunday evening craving authentic Mexican cuisine, and Hacienda Mi Ranchito Bar & Grill hit the spot perfectly!

The regular burrito and street tacos were absolutely awesome - perfectly seasoned and expertly prepared. My son went for the super burrito and the Billa taco, and he devoured every last bite with enthusiasm. You could tell from the freshness and flavors that this place takes pride in their food.

If you're in Palmdale and looking for genuine Mexican food that doesn't disappoint, this is definitely the place to go. From what we sampled, you can't go wrong with their burritos or tacos.

I ordered the Guacamole y Chicharonnes with the Molcajete. The chicharonnes were thick, crunchy. The guacamole creamy. The salsa in the molcajete has such a flavorful heat to it, I loved it. My server Astrid hooked me up and sent me home with plenty of leftovers! She's the best!

Second review! I am on a keto diet so this is the second time I'm visiting to get something good for my diet. Astrid helped me out in ordering the three meat fajitas with no tortillas, rice or beans, and extra guacamole. It came out perfect. I loved the rojo sauce. I swapped out the chicken for tripas cooked extra crispy and it was all delicious. Left with a full belly, thanks...

The Front Desk Staff at our hotel told us to eat here, and we were pleasantly surprised! The place is nice, and also clean. The Staff is extremely attentive, friendly, and sweet. We had Jason as our Server, and he was outstanding!!! Personable yet anticipated our every need. Everything one looks for in a great Server. Our food was delicious!!! This was our second time coming here during our stay in Palmdale. Bartenders Daniel and Emilio are also incredible! Emilio made me a drink in a special skull glass, which I totally loved!!! I appreciated that! We will be back again for breakfast next time... gotta try their bananas foster...
