Starbucks — Restaurant in Palmdale

This place is run by a miser or bad manager. It's a shame, too, because the staff is nice. I frequented this location often as it is convenient and close to me and my clients and friends.

I notice that there aren't too many people that stay inside, which is another nice thing. However, the manager keeps the place so frigidly cold, that even the employees work with jackets on! When asked about the temperature, we are told that it is controlled by corporate. I know that just can't be true. The music is so loud it gives you a headache!

Today, however, I met someone there, and it was nice. The music was at a very acceptable level (not like a concert) and you could actually have a conversation without having to yell! The temperature was also more pleasant as well. When the manager or owner came in, suddenly the music went loud by over 10 notches!!! The manager/owner seems as if he doesn't like people. The employees become stiff, and the manager isn't friendly with customers, even those of us regulars! I may just have to find another location, and I suggest you do as well.

I love Starbucks!! however unfortunately this convenient location was sadly off their remarkable reputation of excellence! Today sadly I received the wrong drink flavor,alongside the wrong cup size, only been to have a extremely long confusing wait just for the pleasure of getting my original proper corrected order to be handed to me and yet still didn't quite taste like usual. After questioning for the second time the identity of my delicious Starbucks Coffee beverage I was informed that shot was not applied nor the three pumps of peppermint syrup additional request. But if you know your Starbucks situation possibility and solutions . You know you can count on them to happily do you the favor and remake your order again. ●●SUCCESS●● A delightful a hot venti white chocolate peppermint mocha with only 3 pumps peppermint, add 1 shot,then please my i have it blasted with a generous whipped cream Mountain and a sweet chocolate drizzle. Hinest review. Starbucks has good coffee but the baristas working there now are not being properly trained. Some baristas take your orders with an attitude like if you are not paying their salary bu consuming the products in the store. Starbucks model is to take care of consumers first but the batista ignore the cosumers most of the time, there is not welcome environment most of the time. Costumers talked to the managers and supervisors and they don't do anything to improve because the bursitis continue with their negative attitudes.
