Panda Express — Restaurant in Palmdale

There were five if us,and we decided to eat here and we were pleased with the food.We all got 2 choices with our rice or chow mein noodles.The dishes were warm and seemed fairly fresh for the most part.Some of us got vegetable spring rolls as there are also chicken spring rolls and another got fried shrimp.I got kung pao chicken and honey walnut glazed shrimp with my chow mein.The kung pao was not over the top spicey and the honey walnut shrimp were good and I liked the texture of both dishes.The sweet and sour sauce was hot and flavorful and went well with everything.The staff was personable and polite during our order process.The only reason I am giving this place a 4,is because I had to wipe crumbs off the table myself which were visible from the counter where we were ordering our food which was like ten feet away so they weren't small crumbs,and we all know that can be a bit...

I'm in love with Panda express, cause the food is always fresh, is a clean place as well, like also their variety menu, but what I do not like is their costumer service, they don't welcome you when you come in, you ask them, what is new and they just says what I have in front of me, they not polite, they are in a rush even so there is no waiting line, they not even smile at you ,to me there is a poor costumer service, I do not say to be an extremely social but to be more polite with people, cause maybe someone having a bad day and a smile can change that person day. I have been going to this location for some time but what happened today made me upset. There was this guy yelling profanity words. My children got scared of just hearing him yell. I kindly asked the girl who served my food if there was a way that he can leave or have him stop yelling ( he was not eating, just sitting ). She had the nerves to tell me that anyone is allowed to eat there. She said he has mental issues and he is one of their returning customer. I told her that my son has autism, adhd and anxiety attacks. My son was having a anxiety attack while watching this man yell bad words. So we are supposed to eat and hear people yell profanity words with kids around. Very rude and unprofessional....
