I can't even begin to talk about how bad this place is and how rude the staff is. Save yourself time and stress and go somewhere else. They had no pizzas for our scheduled birthday party. And they refused to let us get food from everywhere else they're even though they could not be us as scheduled . After they struggled for about 30 minutes to put the drink machine back together , They served warm flat Pepsi and the sent warm flat sprite with black things floating all over the top. When I told the lady at the counter of the soda was flat and warm she said it feels cold to me as three marble-sized pieces of ice float around the top. They obviously failed to fill up the ice machine and we're not expecting to be busy. staff was really struggling to get soda machine working and by the time the manager came out of the back half asleep in a Hoodia the damage was done. After 1 hour of a horrible time the manger send her staff to clear out table at 7:50 while we were opening presents. When I complained about the service the manger refuse to give me any contact information of the general manager or a corporate number. I have her rudeness recorder. She called mall security to have me removed I asked for her name or someone I could talk to you about this horrible experience at 7:55 p.m. she kicked out that bday party out. I have to see if we can use the five minutes before they close to finish opening their presents and getting our the longest but no sheet assured all the kids and socks into the parking lot. I am sure everyone wanted to go home but I can tell you this. You lost a lot of business and I will ensure every review website has this experience documented. I will include a picture of the manager. I also have video of her refusing to give me her name and corporate number even though I was very polite. I may sound mad here but I tell you this. I have never sent food back. I have never not tipped 30%, I am not a complainer or a Karen.. I am a nice guy and was pushed to be mad by the disgusting environment lack of food and drinks. And the rudeness at the was the icing on the cake. The workers to get off the phone for 5 minutes and sanitized things as they go they wouldn't need to kick us out early to have time to do the...
Read moreI went to my first kids party at Rockin Jump and I have to say this is not any place I would ever plan a kids party again. First of all, you pay $325 for 2 hours of party time. What they don't tell you is that you only get a party room of your own for 1 hour of that 2 hour time, and it is the second hour of your visit. So all of your guests are standing around with presents. Looking for a place to sit or place their belongings which is very limited on the weekend. They do provide you with a grocery store like cart to put belongings, in but it's not big enough to store a party's worth of presents and whatever birthday cake etc, that you have brought for your child's party. So the majority of your belongings will be toted around with you for that first hour. For that second hour when you get your room they do provide slushies, sodas, pizza, plates and napkins. Upon arriving to our room, the floor under one of the tables was soaking wet and a mess. Our party attendant quickly cleaned it up but it did take away from the time allotment for our room. Our party attendance stayed and dished up the first round of pizza and kept our soda pictures full. After that, you're attendant leaves and it gives you time to quickly open presents and do your cake. The entire experience was not festive and fun. Instead it was chaotic and rushed with crowds of people standing everywhere with nowhere to sit for the first hour and then the second hour is the quickest wham Bam. Thank you man party you've ever attended. Also, I believe there is a lack of safety and the jump area. They have a six and under jump area that is only separated by a flimsy curtain which nobody pays any heat too. I really feel they need a tennis court like net to go across this area to clearly separate the smaller children from the large. During our 2 hours there, I personally witnessed one bloody nose and two kids that had bumped heads that had big goose eggs on their heads. It's sheer lack of organization on behalf of this establishment. It could definitely be ran more safely and effectively. For $325, I would like recommend you rent a jumper at your house and enjoy your...
Read moreThis review is specifically for hosting a birthday party at the Palmdale Rockinjump. BUYER BEWARE..We hosted and bought a kids birthday party for 10 jumpers, 2 pizza and 2 beverage pitchers and 10 goodie bags for $315.00. The party was for 1 hour and 45 minutes in total. Wasn't happy with the price and time allotted but figured we would have our own room for the hour and a 45 min so let it slide. When we got there we were told we only are allowed in the room after the 1st hour. So my guest all had to wait in the main jump area for an whole hour. Mind you none of the 4 party rooms were occupied but they still made us wait outside. We finally got inside the room which they claimed would be decorated in their rock in jump festive decor and the room was not decorated at all. Just a plain room with colored walls and benches and looked more like a cafeteria. The pizzas were there when we gor in the room and were semi- decent. We felt so rushed the entire time. The host made it well known and repeated at least 10 times that we must only be in the room 45 minutes and have to be out on time. I asked if they had other parties and they didn't, just she had to clean and clock out so we had to get out. Our party was from 2:00pm to 3:45pm.The whole party was rushed and we will NEVER book a party through them again unless they change the policy. Some kids came a little late and they didn't give them more time to jump even though we paid for an hour and they only jumped 30 minutes. I noticed other people had birthday parties and they just used the lobby for their party and took chairs. That is a much better idea then booking a party through Rockinjump and MUCH cheaper. Here is the math: weekend jump rate of $13 x 10 kids= $130, 2 pizza at $19 each=$38, 2 pitchers $6 each =$12 A grand total of $180! Vs the $315 I paid. I actually paid $375 because I added additional pizza but you get the point. So essentially paid $135 for a room for 45 minutes to sing happy birthday and eat a slice of pizza and get rushed out and frequently reminded about time... It did not feel like a birhday party at...
