This location is one of the absolute best at consistency of coffee! I used to frequent this location every day, sometimes twice a day when working nearby, however since 2015, I no longer work in the area. They were then ALWAYS super friendly and most importantly - CONSISTENT when making a coffee (iced or hot). Since then, I have been having an awful time with another location and just last week had enough. I drove to this location after getting yet another bad coffee (6 wks in a row). I went inside and made sure they weren’t related to the previous store and the manager was just incredible. Not only did he listen to my story while a bustling 4th of July crowd was in his store, but he personally made my coffee and had another employee open another register to continue to help those customers behind me in line, just so he could take care of me personally. And if that wasn’t enough of a wonderful experience, he refused to let me pay for my coffee. That was just excellent customer service on his part. Being in customer service all of my adult life and also owning my own business the last 10yrs, I know how important it is to take care of the customer. He clearly knows how to run a good business. That store has been and is ALWAYS packed. Yes, great location, but I guarantee it’s also the service and quality product his store is delivering day in and day out. Read morePerson behind speaker was rude, muffled then argued with me because I couldn’t understand him and was adding things to the order. I ordered 3 drinks and 2 sandwiches.I gave the order as I was getting it from the 3 high schoolers in my car. An older man with stripe shirt came out, to tell me he’ll take my order. He cancelled my order. I said I can’t believe your employee was so rude and was arguing with me about adding a drink that is the same as the others at that. I am a customer. He doubled down with a nasty tone saying “everyone is a customer, you can’t hold the line… “ I expressed my disappointment and that I was giving my order as I was getting it. He cut me off several times, escalating his tone. Another employee (younger) with black shirt, came in to deescalate his rudeness, apologized several times and finished taking my order. He was nice as he could be to me. The employee at the speaker and the one wearing the stripe shirt was VERY rude , condescending and dismissive. He doesn’t care about customers. Literally, if we took 4 minutes placing the order it was a lot. They got nervous about vehicles starting to line up and decided to dismiss me. Horrible experience, not going back...
Read moreA few days ago My wife had purchased a medium frozen coffee with whipped cream and it tasted like frozen water. It had no flavor. My wife went in today to tell the manager of her bad experience. Thinking he would offer a replacement he told her you’ve should’ve called right away. He did not try to help a paying customer. Wasn’t feasible since it was thru the drive through window she made her purchase and was already on the highway driving home when she discovered the poor quality of the beverage. He could probably care less but they did lose a customer today. She was going to purchase donuts too but with his Ill attitude she walked out not making any purchase. Just wondering what’s going on with the help these days since it also happened twice before at the westbound side of the Dunkin Donuts on Rt 22 in Phillipsburg NJ. There was one incident where she did turn back to the Phillipsburg location and they made good for it and made another. But this man in this business had no interest in her bad experience.
