On Sept 20, 2024, I place two orders at Domino's in Miami, FL at 13623 S. Dixie Hwy Suite 144 33176. Once one of my orders came the delivery guy placed my food on the ground, and I did not check off No contact for my order. After that, I realized the delivery man did not leave the Sprite I had ordered. Next, I contacted the store about my order and explained to the lady who answered the phone that my Sprite was not left. I later asked if I could speak with the store manager, she then asked me why I needed to talk with the store manager, so I explained to her that this was the third time my order was delivered to me wrong. She tells me No I cannot speak with the manager because he speaks Spanish only. I really could not believe that she was denying contact with the manager due to him speaking Spanish. She never asked if I needed her to translate anything for the store manager. She was denying my civil rights as a customer to speak with the manager about the issues I was having with orders coming to my house either cold or something missing. Then the lady hung the phone up. I called back about three times finally someone answered this time it was a young lady I once again explained why I was calling three more times. She then tells me that the manager that working tonight does not speak any English at all. the worker in the store told me repeatedly told me that it was my problem because I spoke English. Every single woman who answered the phone was racist and rude and violated my civil rights in the state of Florida. Yes, I may live in Miami but that does not mean I could not get Fair/ Good service because I do not speak Spanish. I placed an online order for my favorite hand made pan. I got my pizza and it was regular pan. When the person answering the phone didn’t understand me because she didn’t speak English - she hung up in my face. I called back and I was told in broken English because I guess I sounded like I didn’t speak English :( “ inspeccion your pizza come back” I came back. The young lady I think they called her leva told me “your pizza not broken”. She never asked me why I was bringing the pizza back after I realize she didn’t understand and was being rude I asked Can someone else help me? 7 people, 7 people!!! I counted stared at me blankly. I asked does anyone speak English and was told no English. I asked for a refund, leva told me “ no it’s not broken ” I asked for a manager or supervisor I was told no not on Sunday come back tomorrow. A driver came in and got them to remake the order. His name is Kareem and he tried so hard to make things right, he spoke English and was nice. They made it correctly with the wrong toppings, not even toppings I would consider eating. Read moreI ordered over 50 times from this location over 8 years. We have 3 kids that love this pizza. Today is the last time I will ever order from them. After ordering a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza, it arrived all pepperoni except for one mini slice (they cut it all wrong, too). Two of my 3 kids do not eat pepperoni. I called the store and the women who answered insisted that she made the pizza herself and she did not make it wrong. I asked for a correct replacement pizza and she said that she would only bring one if we gave her back the original full pizza. The issue that is that my one child who does eat pepperoni started her dinner so, of course, the pizza was no longer complete. I explained to her that I could not give her a full pizza back and she said she could not bring me a replacement. The other issues is that we are moving so I do not have a lot of food in the house, hence ordering pizza. Normally I would move on, but when you have 3 hungry kids and one has already eaten their share, and the customer service was completely lacking, I couldn't just move on.
