Where do I begin? Firstly, my daughter and I ordered our food (no issue) and as a last item, I added queso and chips to our order (beginning of the issues). My daughter noticed a long piece of blonde hair in our queso. The young lady who was checking us out (I assume was a supervisor or manager) yelled loudly to the rest of the staff, "LET'S MAKE SURE OUR HAIR IS IN A BUN, PLEASE!" She threw that queso away and gave us another as a courtesy. As she's making this directive to the staff, a young lady with shoulder-length blonde hair and black roots who isn't wearing hat, nor is her in a bun just keeps on talking to another employee as if the directive doesn't apply to her. At any rate, she continues to check us out and at that point she notices our food which was ordered to eat there has no tray. She walked away to find a tray and what seemed like for at least 5 mins. After growing tired of waiting, I gathered my daughter's food and mine and went outside because the inside looked like it was in dire need of cleaning. Someone started sweeping and left a pile of trash swept up in a corner. The tables were nasty...to be frank, the store had really poor santitation, overall. On our way outside, I noticed at least two trays that could have been replaced and cleaned for us to use. Anyway, the outside was just as nasty. Trays and dirty tables, an exact mirror of the inside. Then, I went back inside to get some napkins and all 3 containers were empty. I go over to the young woman who checked us out and she says to me, "Yeah, I know we're out, I just need to get to them. But if you need something, take these." She hands me 3 brown paper towels. It was at that point that I was done. I was actually looking forward to patronizing this Chipotle, but I'm so very...
Read moreI visited Chipotle with my family and friends in Panama City Beach, Florida, near the pier park. The kids were trying to order food and one friendly employee was helping the kids.
Another man came up and spoke rudely to the worker (as we understood, he was a manager. His neck and arms were covered in tattoos, and very large white round earrings in his ears. He disgustingly told his worker, that he should do his work, and not talk to your children.
How can you talk unfriendly to his employees? When that first man helped us perfectly. Then we asked the worker what the name was the rude guy, and they told us his name was Shown. What a pity that he is not happy with his workers and Chipotle customers, so when the children ask the employees for help, what exactly the children would like to order.
Then this mean man told us: “Many customers come and want something free.” He accused us of we wanting something for free because the kids had coupons on their calendar. But why do they make coupons if customers can't use them? In the end, when the kids asked why he didn't want to help them, he was very rude to the kids and to us. This is not the first time people (it’s my neighbors) had problems with this man who is very terrible and rude at communicating with Chipotle customers. If he doesn't want people coming to Chipotle to eat, because he work there. And then that's too bad for the business. The business is not his, he is just a worker there, and is providing a very disservice. This is a terrible example from this rude manager, not only for Chipotle customers but even for the workers. No respect from managers for Chipotle customers.
And from the moment he started working there, the tables and floors were...
Read moreMy husband picked up the food for us Saturday night. I ordered the vegetarian bowl & he ordered a burrito. I’d like to preface before posting anything further that I’ve lived and eaten at Chipotle in Cary, NC, as well as one of the original Chipotle restaurants in the Centennial/Lone Tree, CO area. With all of that said, my standards are high - they were NEVER anything less than fantastic for the franchise. This Chipotle needs serious training. The staff was a bit rude to my husband. They apparently ran out of guacamole. When he told me that, I asked - did they make a small batch then? No. They didn’t. The onsite manager told them to just give us Queso instead of guacamole. I’m not sure how you can screw up Queso, but they knocked it out of the park - I could taste the baking powder or whatever the powder was that was in the congealed mess. That wasn’t edible. They also do not season their chips! The staff told my husband - We don’t season the chips! The lime/salt flavored chips that are the very reasons I get the burrito bowl - to scoop it with the chips. The chips were SO stale. They were also NOT edible. They didn’t even crunch, and yes it was that bad. My tomato salsa in my burrito bowl had tomato tops, also. The pluses? Well... I don’t have any. It was bland - the rice and veggies. The black beans were dry. The sour cream was cold. I guess that’s a positive. I tried to moisten the bowl with the sour cream. This location needs to close shop or get seriously trained. I know how awesome other locations are. This one is just...
