Terrible. If you can't afford to get sick don't eat here. I ordered a 10 inch pizza with bacon and pepperoni. The pizza was ready within 5 minutes, undercooked, and the marinara sauce looks like it had been out at room temperature all day. The pepperoni and the bacon tasted wrong, like they had been sitting out at room temperature all day. The bacon was even starting to grey. The cut was mediocre, small pieces and giant pieces, not cut all the way through, and again, there are no other customers. It's slow! They are back in the kitchen laughing and having fun but can't cut or cook a small pizza correctly. The pizza tasted awful, and if I could afford to eat somewhere else I would, but instead I have to risk eating this trash. I'm extremely disappointed, I've ordered this same pizza from here many times before and it always tasted just fine. One of the cooks, a white man with glasses(40s) came out of the bathroom, touched 2 door handles on his way back to the kitchen, didn't wash his hands and proceeded to touching kitchen equipment. I'm sitting here typing this in complete shock at the lack of adherence to the health code in this establishment. The soda machine needs more CO2 as well. Rookie mistakes for being slow! The lady at the cash register was nice, but when I didn't tip after signing my credit card slip she clicked her tongue, her demeanor changed, and even though there's no other customers she didn't bring me my pizza, she made me come get it and didn't say enjoy it anything. Tashephia G. was the lady who took our order, I normally tip but from the minute I walked up to place the order she rushed me and was extremely rude through out the whole process. I’m not sure what her problem was but she showed no customer at all whatsoever. So, when it was time to sign the check I put a line through and didn’t tip her. Our ticket was $85.35 and the order number was 410444. She must have noticed that I didn’t tip her because she she said our order will be out in 20-30 minutes and at 9:49 our order still wasn’t put in. My husband went up to the counter to speak to the manager and she couldn’t find our ticket. He asked for Tashephia to come to the counter and she said she didn’t get a ticket for us. We believe she intentionally lost the ticket because she didn’t receive a tip. Every time I looked at her she was smirking so it definitely was intentional. The manager found our ticket and refunded us immediately. It’s not 10:12 and we had to go to Waffle House because everything else was closed by 10pm. This type of treatment was completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. You should be ashamed to have her represent your company. She caused the company business because of her unprofessionalism. On top of that, the restaurant was extremely disgusting, toilet paper everywhere, the toilets were disgusting and dirty, the sitting area was disgusting as well. When placing our orders with Jhenae and Shivanne(?) as said in the receipts, they were both EXTREMELY rude. One pizza came out at a decent pace and the other was 45 minutes (just a simple pepperoni pizza) and we only got it because we went up and asked again. We then received a completely wrong pizza. When going back up to ask for pepperoni instead of cheese, they questioned and then we were told they would remake it. We marked the time and not even 3 minutes later, our name was called again. When opening the box, you can tell they just threw pepperoni on top of it. When picking up the pizza, all of the pepperoni fell right off. Absolutely terrible customer service, rolling eyes as customers come in, terrible attitude, completely ignoring people who are standing there and ROLLING EYES IN THE CUSTOMERS FACE FOR ASKING FOR PLATES.
