3 stars for the date of 07.14 23! Great job to the boys working there!! The girl had a horrible attitude and slammed the door as we are walking by to walk out of the store AFTER having to tell her she gave us attitude for giving us the wrong truffle and not giving us what we asked for and had to pay again for not receiving our peanut butter cup as she stated she forgot. Not sure why we were given the attitude, I just wanted what I had ordered AFTER giving a tip! The boys deserve the tip for SURE!! She deserves an attitude adjustment. The candy was good and my son enjoyed his ice cream although pretty pricey. Wont be back as I don't care to receive more attitude from the girl for just asking for the order we asked for since we are paying. (From 2023) 5 star flavor, but when my son asked for a cup of tap water (they were not busy at the time) they said “sorry we’re not serving drinks” ummmm he was legit needing water. We walked there, so whatever, I get it, you don’t want to deal, but I went up and asked, the nice young man filled up an ice cream cup with tap water, nothing special, just gave me what I asked for. After spending 40-50$ on ice cream I’d assume a small cup of freaking tap water wouldn’t be an issue for a child that needs one. 🙄 Then, he was literally berated for handing it out. What a joke. Very pricey - Over $30 for 3 small ice creams which was very steeep. They had a lot of great flavor options but even ordering a kids cone will run you up $$$ The people working were very monotone and unhelpful. Aside from doing their literal job of scooping up the ice cream, they hardly communicated with us when we asked them questions. Walking in we actually felt like we were interrupting something because of how stone cold they seemed towards customer interaction. They disappeared to the back and we could hear lots of laughter and talking once we sat down for our ice cream but during our interaction I got the vibe we should’ve gone somewhere else.
