After a week of being ignored, overcharged, and butterboarded by seafood, Tipsy Turtle swooped in like a frozen-drink fairy godmother. Finally, someone in PCB who knows how to smile without a court order.

We each grabbed a frozen daiquiri—I got a classic piña colada, my fiancé went wild with a cotton candy/piña colada swirl (don’t knock it till you sip it). They were delicious, cold, and reasonably priced, which in this town basically qualifies as a miracle. On top of that, we tossed in a couple of watermelon Jell-O shots—and let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint. Boozy, juicy, and gone in 60 seconds.

Now let’s talk about the angel behind the counter: She was sweet, friendly, and actually acknowledged our existence—a shocking twist in this lawless land of touchscreen menus and forced indifference. She offered us samples before we ordered, chatted with us like humans, and made the whole experience feel like we were on vacation instead of trapped in a tourist purgatory.

Easily the best customer service we’ve experienced in all of PCB. Give that girl a raise, a trophy, and maybe even the lease to the place.

Final thoughts: Drinks? On point. Vibe? Chill and cheerful. Service? Practically therapeutic. Tipsy Turtle = 10/10. Will absolutely be back.

Me and my wife visited Panama City Beach recently and we had the misfortune of trying the Tipsy Turtle. First off, right when we walked in, the music they had playing inside was blaring inside me and my wife’s ears to the point it made it hard to even read the menu. Second off, when me and my wife went to try to enjoy our boba, we were greeted with not only a wobbly table but also wobbly chairs. So much for a peaceful experience. To top it all off, the boba tasted like it was spoiled. When me and my wife confronted Jayde, the woman working, she told us there was NOTHING she could do for us. Jade was so helpful and sweet! A really good deal for drinks. We are staying here for a week and will definitely be back! We tried drinks from Pineapple Willy’s across the street and here. These are cheaper, stronger, you have SO many different size options to choose from, AND you’re supporting a small business at the same time. We went back a second time today and I didn’t get her name, but the other lady there was super sweet too and let us try some flavors before committing on our refills.
