Long Beach Resort Tower Two — Local services in Panama City Beach

We had the very best vacation. We enjoyed the amenities so much. The pools and hot tubs were so close with bathrooms right beside them. They were all sparkling clean the bathrooms even smelled clean. The beach was steps from the elevator and a brilliant emerald green! It was so crystal clear you could see the sand at least 50’ out. From our covered balcony we enjoyed watching the dolphin play every morning. We also watched the boats, jet skiers, banana boat, kayakers and parasailers. We were also serenaded a few times by the blue angels. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed and then some. Both bedrooms had balcony access and full window beach views. The book that condo staff were the best we have ever worked with! Everyone we spoke to were kind and very helpful. They stayed in touch with us and answered our questions and responded to our calls and emails within record time. We will most definitely be back and when we do we will absolutely book...

We usually stay in Tower 4 and it is much quieter. Tower 1 is beside The Shores of Panama so it is noisier and crowded. I love that Long Beach Resort is unique with every room having a beach view. Beautiful. The place needs a little updating or good cleaning on the outside doors and stairwells. But all in all it's a favorite for us. The beach is raked evey morning and trash is picked up often. The chair company sets out the chairs and umbrellas around 8 to 8:30 and if you ain't setting in it around 3:30 it might vanish. So if you're paying for it, beware. Lol. Normally, the chair guys come by and adjust the umbrellas if needed. These never once came by to check or ask if any help was needed. Our group is all women and ages 55 to almost 70 so we welcome a little help...

Extremely POOR customer service. We are in route to our vacation (12 hour drive) and we get a call from the resort than the owner decided they wanted to use their own condo THE DAY WE ARE SUPPOSED TO CHECK IN. While I understand it’s the owners place and he/she has the right to use it, why wait until the day of check in?? We are traveling with several families and now we are being relocated to a different resort. If this would have been brought to our attention prior to day of arrival we might have been able to relocate in the same condo. Just not...
