"A Disturbing Display of Inadequate Customer Service."

I am writing this review in utter disbelief and disappointment, deeply appalled by the most disgraceful service I've ever experienced at Chili's Grill and Bar, located at the Las Vegas Airport, Terminal D.
We were in town for business and had specific company policies to adhere to, one being to have any alcoholic beverages listed separately on our bill. We conveyed this request to the staff member serving us. However, the response we received was nothing short of rude. The dismissive "yeah, I'll get to it" was not the level of professionalism we expected from a franchise like Chili's.
We patiently waited and gave them the benefit of the doubt, assuming perhaps they were having a rough day. However, it was not a one-off incident, as they continued to display unprofessional behavior towards other customers as well.
When we needed our bills quickly to catch our flight, the staff member again showed no urgency or understanding of our situation. Instead, it felt like a deliberate delay, taking over 20 minutes to provide us with our bill. An unnecessary inconvenience, which could have easily led to us missing our flight.
In desperation, we approached the bartender for assistance, hoping to speak with a manager, or at the very least, someone who could help expedite our situation. To our surprise, the indifference continued. We were brushed off with a cold "that's not my area and that's not my concern."
I have been a loyal Chili's customer for years, but this experience has caused me to seriously reconsider my patronage. The service was absolutely unacceptable, devoid of the basic tenets of hospitality and customer service.
To anyone considering dining at this particular Chili's Grill and Bar location, I would strongly advise giving it a second thought. Today's experience was a poignant reminder that service is paramount, and sadly, this location failed...
Read moreMy dining experience at Chili's Grill & Bar, Gate D, was extremely disappointing. Our waitress was rude and unaccommodating, even when we politely requested items that should have come with the entrée. The food was unappealing and served cold.
Before we ordered, I informed the waitress that we would need two separate checks. Despite this, she brought us a single check. When I reminded her of our request, she told us one of us should cover the entire bill because splitting it would “take too long.”
She then pointed toward our table in an animated manner while speaking to her manager, as if we were the issue—not her lack of professionalism. I expected the manager to respond promptly, but he delayed approaching us. When he finally arrived, I requested a full refund for the poor-quality meal we bearing touch barely touched and the unacceptable service. The manager was hesitant, but another manager stepped in and approved the refund.
I also noticed that a young traveler at a nearby table was treated rudely by the same waitress, while other guests appeared to receive more attentive service.

Read moreAbsolutely the very worst experience I've ever had the waitress Cynthia was so disrespectful she got in my face then played victim after she treated me so horribly and I tried to report this interaction to management with no response. We waited 45 mins no food so I asked for food to go she still brought the food out to the table but only 1/4 of it. I had asked for it to be boxed because I was going to miss my flight after expressing how disrespectful she was she said I should have ordered from the pizza place across they way if I wanted to get my food quick. Then proceeded to stand in my way knowing I was gonna miss my flight. I said excuse me she elbowed me and acted as if I pushed her. I was in tears boarding my flight because she made it seem I was a monster and took no accountability. The food I did order I didn't ear for fear she did something to it. I tried calling corporate everything no response. She is the reason I will never return to Vegas. It was my bday trip and she ruined it. She should NEVER be in customer service of any kind. Upon looking at other reviews I've seen her name has been mentioned in a negative review more than once. Shame on Chili's for not taking accountability or responding to me. WORST EXPERIENCE...
