Don’t bother ordering from this place! I won’t be ever again. After placing our order online for delivery, maybe not even 30 minutes later it was in out for delivery and the driver was in our complex. Then as we are waiting for it to be delivered the tracking says it’s been delivered. Even though we never received our order. We called the store and we were rudely informed that the tracking wasn’t working properly and the driver just left the store and it would be there shortly. So we waited another 30 minutes and no order. We called again and this time it was a different person we spoke to and she said that she would try and find our order. She then came back saying it was out for delivery and it should be there shortly. Another 30 minutes later (an hour and a half since we placed the order online) we still don’t have our food. We call again and we are quickly given to the manager who then tells us we did the wrong address and did not provide a unit number....we tell them we don’t have a unit number because our complex is condos. Each condo has a different street address. But according to the manager we were at fault for giving the wrong address and the driver couldn’t find us. So then we asked why didn’t the driver just call us? Finally asking that after 3 times the manager just said I don’t know. But then we were informed that the driver did deliver it an hour ago according to them. The driver couldn’t find us and we don’t even know where the driver was he apparently had someone wave at him and he assumed that was us. So he then had a random stranger sign for our order and take our food! But we were at fault according to how the manager was telling us this information. He said the driver gave it to someone outside the address which is funny because we were outside our address waiting for the food and never saw the driver! So the driver didn’t look and didn’t bother to call us and just gave our food to the first random person he could find! And then the 2 times we called the store trying to find our food after that we were lied too! But of course the manager says it’s our fault... really? So then we were told that our order has to be remade and then they will send it back out for delivery. At this point we were done with the lying from the people that work there and what? Send out our food for delivery again? So that another driver can hand out our food to random people that is not even at our address?? No thanks. It’ll take 3-5 business days to get our money back but I’m not gonna waste my time with this place again. And not only that the random person got free food and more than likely a copy of our receipt with our card information on it! Read moreMichael the “manager” or whoever claimed to be the manager working today on 8/2/2024 needs to be fired, extremely rude after their company makes mistakes do not waste your time ordering from this location I ordered today with the Uber eats/postmates app instead of my usual which is just ordering from the dominos app first my order was cancelled because they tried to contact me and my number wasn’t the same as my Uber account even though my address is right there on the delivery notes somehow it wasn’t showing up for them or so they said I then received a refund from Uber and ordered again being sure to call the restaurant and make sure they had my apt # and actual phone number I watched the delivery driver sit in certain places on the way to me and took screenshots of them just sitting in certain places by the time my food got to me finally 3 hours later after having the order cancelled then re ordered and the driver taking their dear sweet time my food was cold pizza literally cold to touch and my salad was welted I called to speak to the manager and he was again rude as he was when I attempted to give my number and address as if he was annoyed that I was attempting to get my food that I paid for to me and I’m never rude to people who handle my food I kept my cool and my tone respectful the whole time so the rudeness was crazy and unwarranted after they messed up my order. Read moreSomething is usually not correct in the order. I have used this location several times. I give clear instructions because I know finding a unit out of many complexes can be hard at times. I always give a little leeway for that. I still give the directions on how to find my unit and i can see the gate from my unit. I put TURN LEFT at the gate and every single time they either go straight or RIGHT. It has always taken over 2 hours to get my pizza from literally two miles away. My food as always been cold or its missing part of the order. Once I had no sauce on my pizza. Really? I also enjoy getting phone calls saying they are at my door but no answer due to the fact every complex has the same numbers but are on different street names (listed on the buildings in big bold letters). You need to do a bit more training on drivers and following instructions and paying more attention. I try to make it easier on them but I guess they dont like that. I do it so that for once I could get a hot pizza. Guess that won't ever happen. When I have to call the store because it's been two hours or something is missing you get nothing but attitude on the other end.
