Nestled within the vibrant chaos of the Flamingo Las Vegas, Gordon Ramsay Burger offers a surprising and delightful twist on classic comfort food. While the menu boasts an array of tantalizing burgers, the "Full English Breakfast Burger" stands out as a truly unique and indulgent creation. It’s not just a burger; it’s an entire English breakfast, reimagined and stacked between two perfectly toasted buns.
From the moment it arrives at your table, this burger commands attention. A substantial sausage patty forms the base, providing a savory and well-seasoned foundation. This isn't your average, bland sausage; it possesses a depth of flavor that speaks to quality ingredients and expert preparation. Atop this hearty patty lies a generous rasher of crispy bacon, its smoky aroma mingling enticingly with the other components. The bacon offers a satisfying crunch and a salty counterpoint to the richness of the sausage and the other elements of the burger.
Adding a touch of classic British flair are the roasted mushrooms and a slice of grilled tomato. The mushrooms, earthy and tender, lend a subtle umami note, while the tomato provides a juicy burst of freshness that cuts through the richness of the other ingredients. These aren't mere afterthoughts; they are integral parts of the breakfast experience, thoughtfully incorporated into the burger format.
The crowning glory of this culinary masterpiece is the perfectly fried, sunny-side-up egg. Its golden yolk, runny and luxurious, cascades down the sides of the burger with the first bite, creating a natural sauce that binds all the flavors together. The creamy texture of the yolk adds another layer of indulgence, transforming the burger into a truly decadent experience.
But what would an English breakfast be without the beans? Here, Gordon Ramsay Burger offers a clever interpretation with the inclusion of Heinz beans. Instead of a side serving, the beans are artfully incorporated into the burger, providing that signature sweet and slightly tangy flavor that is so characteristic of a full English. This integration is seamless, adding a unique and comforting element to each mouthful.
The entire ensemble is embraced by a perfectly toasted bun, sturdy enough to hold the substantial fillings yet soft enough to yield with each bite. The bun acts as the ideal vessel, allowing you to enjoy all the components in harmonious balance.
Beyond the burger itself, the presentation deserves a mention. It's served open-faced, allowing you to appreciate the individual elements before diving in. Often accompanied by a side of perfectly seasoned tater tots, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, the meal is a complete and satisfying experience. A small ramekin of ketchup is also provided, though with the richness of the burger, it might go largely untouched.
The "Full English Breakfast Burger" at Gordon Ramsay Burger in the Flamingo Las Vegas is more than just a novelty; it's a well-executed and flavorful tribute to a beloved British tradition. It’s a bold and satisfying choice for those seeking a departure from the ordinary burger, offering a unique and memorable culinary adventure right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Be prepared for a hearty and indulgent meal that might just redefine your perception of what a...
Read moreI’m a huge Gordon Ramsay fan and have been to at least three of his Vegas restaurants, always leaving extremely satisfied. This time, I booked a reservation without realizing it was for his new burger restaurant at the Flamingo instead of the original location at Planet Hollywood.
The location is great, right near Caesars where I usually stay. The restaurant itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with great outdoor seating. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations.
Service was an issue from the start. It took over 15 minutes before our server even checked in on us, and only after our busser, who mentioned they had been extremely busy earlier, took notice. After placing our order, we could see that the kitchen was backed up, and it took nearly an hour from the time we sat down to when we finally received our food. I understand that restaurants get busy, so I wouldn’t usually complain about that, but what really frustrated me was how the burgers were handled.
When we ordered, our server informed us that they only cook burgers either medium or well-done. The last time I heard that was at a Denny’s—a place not known for burgers, not owned by a world-famous chef, and definitely not charging close to $30 for one. On top of that, my burger was cold when it arrived. I had seen similar complaints in other reviews but decided to give it a chance. The bread was hard, the avocado was not ripe, and the cheese wasn’t even close to melted.
I was starving by the time it arrived, yet I still didn’t enjoy my meal, which was a huge letdown considering how much I was looking forward to it. If you’re planning to try a Gordon Ramsay burger in Vegas, I’d highly recommend booking at the original location at Planet Hollywood instead. My experience there was completely different—better service, properly cooked food, and well worth it. Unfortunately, this new spot just doesn’t live up to his standards, and I...
Read moreI visited the newly opened Gordon Ramsay Burger at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino when they first started I did go there but my experience was disappointing. The burger plate was cold and the sandwich I got wasn’t hot. Since I was in town again, I decided to give it another try. This time, I spoke to the manager Amber, who was incredibly nice and welcoming. She explained that they were in their training period during my last visit, which I understood. I asked for her recommendation, letting her know that I don’t eat beef or pork. She suggested the wings and the chicken burger. This time, the burger was served hot and tasted great, and the wings were also good. While my previous experience left me feeling upset and like I had wasted my money, this visit made up for it and left me satisfied.
UPDATE
I always come here and I love the way they do their customer service. Luckily, I was here on their opening day and was the very first customer. Since then, I’ve visited many times and their service is always top notch. The manager, Dennis is so nice he always comes over to talk to me and greet me, which makes me really happy. The servers are also very friendly.
I’ve tried all of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants and each has its own specialty like Ramsay’s Kitchen and Hell’s Kitchen but this burger place is special to my heart because I was their very first customer. Whenever I come to Vegas, I make sure to visit this restaurant at least twice. One of the highlights is their pink burger bun for the chicken burger, which I’ve tried a couple of times and absolutely love.
You also need to try their Hell’s Fire Wings they’re incredibly good! And the dessert shakes are just top-notch. Overall, I truly love this place. I’ve tried everything here the food, the service and the hospitality and everything is number one. If I could, I’d give them...
