Luna Lounge is by far the best lounge I've been to in Las Vegas. Very upscale and relaxing environment. Luna is unlike any other lounge I've been to, not just in nevada but all across the US. They have a full bar, kitchen and hookah is extraordinary. You can tell that they know what they are doing. Majority of all other lounges in Vegas either don't know how to pack a good shisha, have hookahs as just a novelty or their servers have no knowledge of what's on their menu. (fruit bowls are superior) Luna has become a weekly visit for me. It's conveniently located on the Las Vegas Strip (next to encore hotel). This place knows how to switch it up as well. They offer a locals night on Monday: half off the entire menu which is a steal! Tuesday's: laugher filled night with stand up comedians and the cool thing about it is that you get to see great talent for just a two drink minimum. Wednesday's: OMG the women that come through this place are ridiculous! 10's everywhere encouraged me to brush up on my bachata for their Latin Wednesday's. Thursday: round two of Wednesday but with an open format vibe of music for their Ladies Night. Friday's: Music of nations: top 40 from almost every part of the world to cater to your musical needs. Golden Saturday's: again open format as far as the music goes but filled with hits from all decades, present and all of those classic throwbacks. Sunday's: live performances ranging from belly dancing, live artists to live musicians. I would definitely recommend Luna Lounge to anyone. Luna is a place that can truly cater to everyone. If you don't hookah that's totally fine they have drinks and bottle service. If you don't drink, the food menu is put together very well and if you don't eat you're probably not human. (the baklava is to die for) Staff does an outstanding job maintaining consistency in their ability to tend to your every need. There's been multiple times where the workers at Luna have already taken care of something for me way before I would even ask. They're on it, they know what they are doing here and they do it with such confidence. Luna has a strong team with an appetite...
Read moreI’m an influencer, so you can count on me to share on my social media just how awful your establishment is. We had a disappointing experience at Luna Lounge in Las Vegas. It all started with a 5-minute check of our passports and bags, only for them to tell us to throw away the McDonald's I had taken to go, which is, of course, understandable. After complying, we were then told we couldn’t enter because one of us was wearing shorts. My friend pointed out how disrespectful that was, especially after we had already thrown away our food, and that they should’ve told us beforehand!
Eventually, someone came over and told us we could enter. We were then seated outside on a terrace, on camping chairs and tables, all facing the wall. We asked if we could move the tables around to sit properly and actually see each other, but the waitress said we couldn’t and that we needed permission (what a joke!), which we finally got.
When ordering, the waitress asked for a passport, even though we had already been checked. And to our surprise, she also wanted a credit card “in case” we left without paying. Seriously?! There were five of us, two couples and a friend. The guys were ready to leave at that point, feeling insulted by this treatment.
The two hookahs we ordered were disgusting.
To top it off, when I asked for the bill, the waitress brought only the check but neither my passport nor my credit card. I pointed it out to her, and she said she had to process the payment before returning my things. How ironic! I hadn’t even decided if I’d pay with cash or card. My friends had to pay first, and only after I gave cash did she return my passport and card. Absolutely unacceptable!
All this for a $150 bill 😂 Seriously, did you think our group of five vacationers couldn’t afford two hookahs and two bottles of water? My god, avoid this place at all costs!
I’d also like to point out that at no point were we rude or gave any impression that we wouldn’t pay. Honestly, this place is to be avoided—there are plenty of other spots in Vegas to have...
Read moreI've been going here for several years and unfortunately the service was so poor the other night I will never go there again. We had to wait 43 minutes from when we ordered the hookah to when it finally was brought to us, even though three groups of people that were seated after we ordered received their hookahs first. We asked for the manager several times after noticing our hookah was coming out after everyone else's and even after our server told us after 15 minutes of waiting that it was "almost ready". Our hookah finally came out and the knob with the ball bearing wasn't even on the hookah, the person who served us the hookah tried putting a piece of tin foil to replace the piece and this made the hookah so harsh it was unenjoyable. I'm a very patient person, but at this point I was fed up with the BS, once again I ask for the manager because we waited over 40 minutes for the hookah and now we are served a hookah that isn't even properly set up. Finally the manager comes over and I explain to her how long we've been waiting and the hookah had tin foil to replace a piece and the tobacco is burnt she brings back the hookah with the correct piece, but the tobacco at this point is burnt and still is barely hitting since the coals were sitting on top of foil with no smoking from the hookah. Needless to say they gave us a 4 dollar discount on the hookah, I have 0 for gratuity for the poor service. I don't recommend going here until there is new...
