Jardin at Encore is an absolute gem that delivers an incredible dining experience from start to finish. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is stunning—bright, elegant, and inviting. The décor is modern yet warm, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable meal. Whether you’re dining for brunch, lunch, or dinner, Jardin provides a level of sophistication that sets it apart from many other restaurants on the Strip.
One of the highlights of our visit was the exceptional service, especially from Lauren, who went above and beyond to make our experience outstanding. Attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, she made fantastic recommendations and ensured that every detail was taken care of. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and Lauren’s professionalism and warmth truly elevated our meal.
Now, let’s talk about the food—because it was absolutely phenomenal. Everything we ordered was prepared to perfection, with high-quality ingredients and flavors that left us wanting more. But one dish that completely stole the show was the pizza. Yes, you read that right—the pizza at Jardin is amazing. With a perfectly crisp crust, rich sauce, and fresh toppings, it was easily one of the best pizzas we’ve had in Las Vegas. It’s not necessarily what you’d expect to be a standout at a fine dining spot like this, but trust me, it’s a must-try!
Beyond the pizza, every dish we sampled was beautifully plated and full of flavor. The attention to detail in presentation and taste is exactly what you’d expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Whether you’re indulging in their delicious entrees, appetizers, or desserts, you can expect a top-tier culinary experience.
Jardin is a place that offers both luxury and comfort in one setting. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself to a fantastic meal, this restaurant is a perfect choice. Between the outstanding service from Lauren, the unforgettable pizza, and the overall ambiance, Jardin at Encore exceeded all expectations. If you’re in Las Vegas and looking for an exceptional dining experience, this is the place to be.

Joseph, the general manager, assured us that allergies are always accommodated at Jardín and this was a one off incident. He assured me the staff will be trained to handle allergy requests better. I am happy with the response and it shows the management here cares about customer experience!
Original review: My partner and I visit Vegas often, but we hadn’t had the chance to experience the Wynn. We decided to dine at this restaurant, with the possibility of staying at the hotel during our next trip. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations.
The first issue arose when I attempted to order a non-alcoholic drink. The waiter informed me that the drink mixers were pre-made and couldn’t be made non-alcoholic. When I inquired about mocktail options, I was told the only choice available was a Bloody Mary. At that point, I decided to simply order water, but the waiter responded with what felt like frustration, saying, “Well, just order a pressed juice or a smoothie.” I felt somewhat pressured and ended up ordering the smoothie, which was good, but the tone of the interaction left me uncomfortable.
The second issue was more concerning. After placing our order, the waiter asked about allergies. My husband has a shellfish allergy, so we informed him. He then explained that my husband couldn’t have any fried food because the restaurant uses the same oil for everything and cannot accommodate allergies in that regard. We found it surprising that the same oil is used for all fried dishes, as this has not been an issue at other establishments we’ve visited.
As for the food, it was okay overall. The charcuterie board stood out as the best item we tried, but the overall experience left us...
Read moreFirst time ever staying at the Wynn and thanks to the bartender at the Jardin this morning it will be our last. We were in some what hurry so decided to place to go order at bar. The bartender must have been not happy that he had customers as we stood at bar for 15 minutes and no one ever recognized us, even after calling for their attention like 4times. Finally two seats became available we sat and we looked him square in eyes and requested to place a Togo order as we were in some what hurry. Ah ha he must of had other things on his mind as he began to explain there was an order of doing things around there. He had other things on his mind for another 15 minutes and there was another guy and girl behind bar. I couldn’t tell if they were bar backs or bartender so I finally got there attention and requested to place a to go order and they were in middle of helping us. well low and behold here comes the original bartender (ie “the boss”)and saw that some one was trying to help us and he would not have it. He stopped them in the middle of taking our order We finally stood up and let him know how much our experience sucked and he must have gottten a kick out it as he started to laugh as we stood up and exited with out anything. Well we wasted 2000.00 on hotel rooms, lots of monies gambling, several dinners and 30 minutes trying to order to go food. In the future we will look for another Las Vegas establishment that is appreciative of us spending money at their facility. All we were trying to do is be a customer and we were shot to the curb at every corner Once again it not like we were waiting on food it that they would not acknowledge that we existed for the entire 30min that we were directly in front of them. Thanks Jardin. David Lee Memphis...
