"You only live once, and the way I live, once is enough." - Frank Sinatra
Seldom do you have a restaurant experience that single-handedly makes you want to repeat your vacation so you can show it off again to as many people as possible. I have been to several Las Vegas restaurants, and many have treated the parties I have been in with care and attention, but Sinatra in the Wynn treated us like celebrities from the moment we walk into the restaurant to the second our plans for the night finally pulled us away.
The food speaks for itself. Drawing distinctions between top tier food is so hard, but we all noticed the wonderful textures in the dishes that made them feel more elevated... our Octopus and Gbochetti dishes in particular both complete changed how I felt they should be prepared.
The experience was beyond just a wonderful meal, though. What set apart Sinatra was the care and attention we received from every single staff member, from busser to executive chef. Our busser, Mike, was excited to talk about his favorite menu items as I asked if he had a quick second while he stopped to pick up our complimentary bread basket. I learned that every staff member, not just the servers, receives the opportunity to try all new dishes on the menu and he had some great pasta and entree recommendations. (I normally dont eat veal, but every single person I asked said this is the place to get veal... this is indeed the place to get veal if you're ever making an exception to a rule).
Our server, Thomas, is top notch. I asked for his business card, but unfortunately their professional wait staff is not encouraged to give out personal information, but I will ask for him specifically when I go back. He was patient as I asked some of the most pretentious food questions I could muster to show off with my friends, and he always seemed excited to hear everything we wanted to talk about in regards to the plates we were served.
Katherine, the manager of the front house that night, stopped by our table to fold a napkin for someone in our party taking a restroom break. I'll reiterate: the manager was attentive and humble enough to fold napkins on duty. She was clearly proud of the state of the restaurant and hung out with us for a few minutes to share with us her life journey and how she ended up in front house managment. I hope she left us knowing her attention to detail has a profound impact on the consumer experience.
Although I didn't catch the names of the bartenders on duty, one man and one woman serving killer drinks, I do have to give them a shout out for making Sinatra's favorite drinks just the way Sinatra would have liked them. So great!
Last I just wanted to touch on the respect I have gained for executive chef Theo Schoenneger. This man was delivering plates, talking with tables, engaging with staff, and solving problems quickly all night. Seeing a leader inspire both the front and back of the house is rare and exciting. He is a master of both service and the culinary arts, while most chefs tunnel vision on just curating an experience for the palate. Definitely a cut above.
We left with some complimentary souvenirs and a few complimentary dishes that rounded out our experience, and I dont think just a tip does that staff justice. People deserve to know how incredible of a job they do at Sinatra. If you want to feel the positive energy that was Vegas of old in a new, beautiful, modern resort and casino, book a meal at Sinatra on your next visit to Las Vegas. Heck, I may stay at Wynn now simply because of the...

Nestled in the heart of Las Vegas, Sinatra Restaurant offers an enchanting atmosphere combined with world-class culinary masterpieces, inspired by the legendary Frank Sinatra himself. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was captivated by the elegant ambiance that resonates with classic Hollywood glamour, making it a true feast for the senses.
What truly sets Sinatra Restaurant apart is the impeccable quality of its Italian cuisine. The menu showcases a delightful range of traditional Italian dishes that are expertly prepared with a contemporary twist, leaving you craving for more. Every bite is a symphony of flavors and textures, each component thoughtfully crafted to perfection.
The ingredients used at Sinatra Restaurant are of the highest quality and sourced both locally and internationally, ensuring that each dish bursts with freshness and authenticity. From homemade pasta made from scratch to the finest seafood and prime cuts of meat, every ingredient is carefully selected to delight even the most discerning palate.
Among the standout dishes I tasted during my visit was the mouthwatering Linguine alle Vongole, featuring perfectly al dente pasta tossed in a light sauce infused with fresh clams, garlic, and parsley. The delicate balance of flavors and the tender seafood made this a dish to remember. Equally impressive was the Osso Buco Milanese, a slow-braised veal shank served with saffron-infused risotto, which simply melted in my mouth.
The attentive and knowledgeable staff at Sinatra Restaurant further enhanced my dining experience. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine passion for Italian cuisine added an extra layer of charm to my visit. From the moment I arrived until I departed, I felt taken care of and immersed in a truly memorable evening.

Read moreMy family and I had the distinct pleasure of experiencing one of the most remarkable restaurants Las Vegas has to offer - Sinatra! Ok, so this city has many of those restaurants, but Sinatra is truly impressive to say the least. We've actually visited this restaurant twice (on September 2021 and recently, September 2023 - both visits due to birthdays).
During the first visit, my wife, daughter, and I sat inside and I recall that the food, service, and ambiance were extraordinary...so extraordinary, we talked about it several times leading up to our 2023 visit. Unfortunately, I didn't get our server's name back in 2021, but rest assured, the service was phenomenal provided by him - I didn't expect anything less. Fast forward to 2023, my wife and I decided to eat here again for our birthday dinner and was treated in such splendid fashion; from the hostesses at the front of the restaurant to our servers, and to the rest of the employees while passing them. The service that our main server (Amy) and our other server (Stefanie) provided were so monumental and of noteworthy significance. They were very personable, friendly, and most of all, highly professional and attentive. We ended up sitting outside for this visit because the weather was nice and it was much quieter outside (we got lucky and didn't hear any emergency vehicles while eating). Thank you, Amy and Stefanie, for the wonderful experience and awe-inspiring service you provided!
For both visits, we tried the Panzanella di Granchio, Polpettine, Veal Parmigiana, Salmone, Milanese, Ippoglosso, Filetto, Asparagi, Purea di Patate, and Limone. We also received a complimentary dessert during both visits because it just happens to be someone's birthday for each visit, so the staff treated us to one free dessert of the restaurant's choice, which ended up being outstanding and appreciative! I tried really hard to pick out flaws to all of the food we had ordered but wasn't successful (which is obviously a good thing). The veal (both Parmigiana and Milanese styles) were out of this world - call me weird but there's something majestic about a cut of meat with a bone sticking out of it...sorry, you non-meat eaters. Bottom line, the food here is flawless and exceptional!
I don't have anything negative to say about this restaurant. I know how restaurants don't seem to last too long in this city because everything seems temporary (as a Las Vegas local, I've experienced this many times); however, I hope this restaurant is here for the long haul, especially because of the name, the food quality, and the service it provides. This is a restaurant that other establishments should unequivocally emulate. If you haven't been here before, make a reservation and visit as soon as possible - you won't be disappointed...highly recommend...
