Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Paradise

This location did not have it together or was having an off night on 08/31/2025. I pull up to the drivethrough speaker. She asks to take my order. "Hi. I ordered through the Raising Cane's app.".... "Ok. I'll need to know what you ordered." (I repeat my entire order down to the various details.) "It'll be $76.89 at the window..." "I already paid online...." Clearly she's not getting it... Oh well, let me try the next person to see if they understand. "That'll be $76.89." "Hi. I already paid online." (Blank stare...) "...ok. Pull up to the front and park in the pickup spots." (Waiting .... Waiting .... Waiting...) Nothing. Finally, I walk inside and there's my food on the shelf. If I hadn't walked inside, I'd still probably be waiting out there until they close. The sauces that were requested weren't in the bag. I was disappointed by...

Why do I keep coming back? It’s on the way home…got home and order was missing strips…ok mistakes happen. A week or so later…it happens again. Geez. Would have stopped coming, but had an event and needed a quick bite, was on the way…told the server at the first window what happened and politely asked that the order be complete, she looked at me and said, “we got you.” I pull up, drink portion was a water which usually is bottled, but this time was a fountain water (no problem). That server said, “straw is in the bag.” But nope and oddly no napkins either? Individually, none of it is a big deal. But man, the location is new and it’s seems that every visit I’ve made something is missing...

So happy this Raising Cane’s finally opened near Sunset Park!

We come to the park all the time, so having a Cane’s within walking distance is awesome. We’ve always loved stopping at Cane’s on road trips—it’s our go-to because it’s consistent, easy, and always hits the spot.

This new location is no different: hot, fresh chicken fingers every time, super friendly staff, and they keep the line moving even when it’s busy.

Our 5-year-old is always down for Cane’s, so we’re extra excited to have one so...
